Reporter : Cockfosters are back in Blue Square Premium how do you feel after promotion ?
Martin M : Im delighted, i wasnt very sure that we will gain promotion. I already made up my mind to build for season 2016-17 in BSS victory. Now we have chance to play BSP and its bigger challenge.

Reporter : Do you believe that Cockfosters have what it takes to stay in BSP this season ?
Martin M : Yes. Im sure of it. We are not title contenders but im looking for decent league position. Team chemistry is good we have good players why shouldnt we stay up i see no reason for relegation.
Reporter : Cockfosters have 6 ST even though 3 of them leaved in August, and there is only 1 spot for ST in the tactics, how do you comment on that ?
Martin M : I see no problem in that. Who wants to play have to hit goals and show great form, otherwise he will lose hes first team spot. And some ST are learning other positions like AML and AMR.
Reporter : Do you look to bring more players in ?
Martin M : Im always searching for something better to improve team
Reporter : What do think of Cockfosters Sport Ground ? Isnt it too small for BSP ?
Martin M : I agree with you, but our Chairman is not as rich as Biddulph Chairman and to get needed cash to expand the stadium we have to do impossible. I believe in next 5 years new staium or expandation is real deal !
Reporter : Your aim this year ?
Martin M : Position in BSP 8th - 12th and London Senior Cup victory

I agree, its much harder challenge. U must look finances keep up fill positions with better players get rid of old players to held team chemistry and so one. And there is no possible way that u choose a player and just pay a lot of cash and get him. Firstly you have to earn that cash. Well i think i made my point, playing in lower leagues is much bigger challenge then helping Manchester City or Chelsea or whoever to become Premier League Champs.

Of course this is my point of view and it might not be right
