I love the fact that you claim that you might not be right and thus think that you are right and that others are wrong. Luckly i think 95% of FM fans would agree that lower leagues is much more of a challenge.

I find if quite hard emotionally to sell players/not give them a new contract when they have worked so hard for you and been the main man but you know they just cannot hack it at a higher level.

I got the same sentiment in my current save. Although I only started at tier 5 in Germany, there were a number of players that helped me immensely on the way up, and just couldn't cut it later on. At least I make it a habit to comment on them once in a while, although they play for other clubs now, and show them I appreciate what they did for my team.
Most currently I gave a new contract to a club legend that stuck with us from tier 3 on, and although he is not really up to the level of the league anymore, I got enough funds to have him end his career in my team, so I can retire his number.
Lower league is fun, but the most fun is taking a lower league club to the top (from tier 5 to two consecutive Bundesliga titles in eight years currently).

Anyway, good luck for the rest of your career, England is certainly a bit harder with work permits and soooooo much competition, but you'll do alright.

I do not think that Cockfosters want only a playoff spot, because our shaky and floating form aint good enough to be sure on promotion in playoffs.

2 weeks of nervous waiting for this game and then Tchuimeni make hes LIFE-GAME. Hes been in decent form but this game he was like Wayne Rooney or Messi. Every move he made was threat to enemy lines. And after this game he asked new contract with bigger salary.
