This is a long story with one objective, make TNS a global phenomenon!

So for the first update I will just go over what has already happened. I was manager at Llandudno but it was a short unsuccessful stint.
Surprisingly I managed to land the TNS job and I am now fully committed to taking the club to the very top!

I am going to start from my first full season in charge (2016 - 2017)

League Results

The start of the season was a bit rocky as the qualifying rounds for the champions league effect pre season, but the second half of the season was a very strong finish.

Europe result

I feel that the draw for the Champions League was very generous until we reached the play off stage.
Viktora Plzen are a good side and we played very well.

as I lost in the play offs I qualified for the Europa League which has done wonders for the finances!
Unfortunately we were not good enough to get any points in the group but we came up against some well established sides I was just proud to be in the competition, the 9-1 loss to Dynamo Kyiv was very hurtful but I wasn't going to dwell on it to much!

We performed as expected in the word cup and the JD welsh cup.

That's a quick round up of my first full season in charge, I will be able to give more news on player performance for next season as it is currently in progress.

Good Start mate! Interesting how we are doing pretty much the same challenge and share the same birthday! :O

Really!? that's funny! wait until you see how my season is going so far :)

This update will bring us right up to my next match.

2 players were signed for the youth squad (Danny Pyrs & Liam Ryan)
The other players were signed to add more depth and quality.

  • Jake Hessenthaler CM - Was recommended by my scout has proved to be a good signing.
  • Stefan O'Connor CB - Was released from Arsenal has been brilliant this season and has chipped with a few goals.
  • Rhys Abbruzzese LB - Was released from Cardiff turns out for Wales u19s which is good to see.
  • David Edwards CAM - Was released from Wolves and has instantly become a key player and is also vice captain been lethal in front of goal.
  • Theo Wharton CM - Released from Cardiff he is a regular for the first team.
  • Cy Goddard CAM/CM - Released from Tottenham hasn't played to much as he seems prone to injuries, very goo free kick taker though!
  • Cody Cropper GK - Needed a replacement to Lewis Price who wasn't happy with being my back up keeper, more ideal as he is 24 years old will be my number 1 once captain Paul Harrison retires/declines.
League

19 Games have gone so far I am top with just one loss.

Europe

Absolutely buzzing about our performances in Europe this year.

Much tougher teams in the qualifying rounds, beating Ludogorets was a massive highlight! FC Steaua proved to be a tough opponent.
So Europa League it is again!
what a performance from the lads in every single game to finish 2nd in that group is a huge over achievement, to be drawn against Dynamo Kyiv is a huge fixture not only because they are big side but to try and get some revenge from that 9-1 thrashing last year!

Regarding domestic cups I am in the final of the word cup and in the fourth round of the welsh cup.

I have now reached January and whilst thinking about improving my squad I thought I'd best share my line up with you so we know who is in my team etc.

GK Paul Harrison - The captain and has been very important especially in those European ties!
RB Brandon Taylor - Has been brilliant so far he is on loan from Sunderland and has created a high amount of goals will look to make his move permanent at the end of the season.
CB Stefan O'Connor - As seen before signed from Arsenal has been a rock at the back and has scored 5 goals this season.
CB Ollie O'Dwyer - On loan from Crystal Palace this is his 3rd season here may have to sign him in summer.
LB Matthias Fanimo - Signed from Bishops Stortford last year, likes to get forward and create chances.
CM Jake Hessenthaler - Big player in the middle and good from set pieces.
CM Theo Wharton - Key player for the team, works hard defensively for the team.
AMR Adrian Cieslewicz - The fans go wild for this player, lots of pace and comes up with important goals.
AMC Jay Gibbs - Not the best but is very determined and passes the ball around quite nicely.
AML David Edwards - Key player could still make it in the championship without a doubt, scored 17 in 23 games this season.
ST Billy Kee - Hard to stick to one striker when playing just one up front but this guy is keeping them out of the team at the moment 19 goals in 25 games.

I have just come out of January, I didn't make any signings but I did send 3 of my youngsters out on loan.

Been completely dominating the league, the league has just split too so not to many games left now!
not long until my Europa league tie with Dynamo Kyiv that's all I am looking forward to now, fingers crossed!

We performed admirably in both games was highly pleased to draw the first leg, even after the red card we held them well I think quality just showed in the end!

looking forward to next season maybe we could qualify for champions league?

And the title is in the bag with 4 games to go! we have been totally dominate this season.

The league is over for another season, there was no doubt that the favourites would keep the title where it belongs.
hopefully improve on this great performance this year and go unbeaten?

I have the JD Welsh cup final then the focus will be on squad building for another strong showing in Europe.

Absolutely Battered Bangor but just couldn't finish our chances the luck of penalties had to decide the outcome luckily we come out top and completed a domestic treble!

Great news for Billy Kee as he won the Northern Irish player of the year award!

asset.php

Player stats for the season was good to see as David Edwards and Kee were joint top scorers, and top assists was from Brandon Taylor I will certainly be looking to make his move permanent.
As you can see the finances have been brilliant once again, budgets were just set for the new season too!

asset.php

My highly rated ACM Jon Murphy is coming along nicely and put in some good performances over the season.
asset.php

Also some good news to come out of the club is that we are improving the youth and training facilities.

July
The Beginning of Pre-Season has been successful to say the least.

Transfers

asset.php

Released a fair few players as they didn't get much game time last season, sent some future stars out on loan too.
Renee-Pringle and Brandon Taylor join after successful loan spells last season.

asset.php

Seth will be good cover across the back line but mainly right back, was released by Bristol Rovers.

asset.php

Joe was released from Arsenal thought he would be a good future signing but will get a few games this year.

asset.php

Ollie joins from Crystal Palace after 3 successive loan spells.

asset.php

Absolute amazing signing not sure how I pulled it off! joins on loan for the whole season, will be a huge part of our European campaign.

Great start in Europe and friendlies have been pleasing, Sparta Prague stand in my way of reaching the same stage as last year!

News from outside of the club that Austria won the 2018 World Cup what a shock!
