Without cheating that's how this FM looks.

2nd Season with Haddersfield 2nd place, lost title in last round. 81 point was not enough.

please advise me, if i have only one forward (for instance, another one has an injury or in bad condition) what do i need to do? To add new MC or DM (but what role and preferences) or something different? Also if i play opposite big team, can i change one forward to MC or DM or etc, for better defense and midfield line?

About your tweaked version of Conquerer.

It's not going to be effective, because weaker, lower rated players won't know what to do, as you didn't put any PIs. You have a higher rated player with higher stats and ratings called "Richard Gough", so that player knows what to do. For example, if you have lower rated player, he won't know what you want him to do exactly without PIs. Such as, he'd roam from position when you don't want him to do that. A higher rated player knows what to do in the best situations. So I've added some PIs to your Advanced Forward position. I'd recommend you to change the PI to "more risky passes" from "fewer risky passes".

Why would he need more risky passes as he gets the goals ive tested with hallam fc & it works

Which striker is the one that score more left or right? where do I have to put my main striker to score? Both right footed.

WOW :) Dude, you had some serious bad luck in you save :)

Very often it's enough 77+ pts to win EPL but you wasn't able to do that with 90 pts ;)
 
It's getting increasingly frustrating putting all the effort into playing the games and not getting the results! May as well just chance IR cos the results surely can't get much worse and it saves twice the time!

Put the more defensively minded or high work rate at STR because he's going to be marking the central midfielder and making a lot of defensive work compared to the regular striker.
