No, I only use the 4-2-2-2 (4-2-4 Demolition) both home & away. Re: Player Instructions, I added 'Tackle Harder' & 'Mark Tighter' for the Wing Backs & 'Mark Tighter' for the IFs & the F9. I noticed that this way they defend better. Also, I changed the BWM to DLP(Def). I found it more efficient this way.
Also, when I'm leading 1-0 or 2-0, depending on the opponent, I change the Full-Backs from WB(Att) to FB(S) & add the 'Tackle Harder', 'Mark Tighter' & 'Get Further Forward' instructions.
Regarding Training, 'Team Cohesion' High & 'Match Tactics' Match Preparation all season (excluding pre-season). Pre-season I use 'Fitness' High the first few weeks & Match Preparation 'Match Tactics'. The slider of Match Preparation is all the way to the left, therefore more Match Preparation.
