Yes i played the same way , in my first season , but i was wondering throughout whole season
 
I am still trying to find form with this tactic , first season was average . Winning BPL , we played amazing till 30 Round , then i dont know what happened , players just started to make stupid things and we almost lose BPL , had to play 38 games to win it . I've lost Semis at FA Cup , they've just stopped playing, deffense is not really th best , but we are compensating with attack. I havent lost at Old Trafford for whole season , but now at the start of 2nd just lost to tottenham 1-2. Oh and just saying , i played with a lots of players , whom possitions and roles werent suited for the tactic, example - martial is not the best as Deep lying , but scored a lot. Mata also wasnt the best neither as deep lying nor Wide Mf , but played great , depay was the same thing. Still 2 trophies , BPL and CAPITAL 1 Cup , good season i suppose , signed Lamela for WM , F.Thauvin for WM (he plays with left foot and has decent stats for sub :D) , Vrsajko for Full back and Jaume Costa again for FB.

tzahy was just wondering,i have had a bid accepted for dele alli in second season but have cabaye,jonny williams and jordan mutch in the squad covering that position.Seeing as u had him with spurs would you recommend signing him?and starting ahead of cabaye?

well i love dele alli, he is a great player. but if u are cover in this position then maybe u should try to search for another players in other position. i always buy players that i need.

thanks bro for the reply.yes you are right,but i also love delle alli.Im about to enter contract negotiation with him.Im sure he would develop better than williams or mutch and maybe even cabaye?

Bouncing around save to save at the mo just can't decide on a team to start a save with anyone got ant recommendations for a team with a solid base for this tactic
 
Guys , one suggestion , i removed tackle harder on whole team, with it i lose often ,when i remove it , i get lower amount of red and yellow cards , and also not that much set pieces opportunity's for opponent like penalty and free kicks

I did indeed revamp the squad a lot before and during the season but I spent only as much as I sold for and the wage bill was cut by about 100k per week and the players I bought all slotted into the tactic pretty much faultlessly with the exception of Lucas Moura who was pretty average without good statistics.

Extremely good results with this tactic, ESPECIALLY AWAY games, unlike alot of other tactics.

Some things that I found out using the tactic and could be of use:
• Playing against teams like Villa can be difficult because they use unorthodox formations like a diamond which will give them a lot of chances so you might want to play counter or make another offensive player manual mark their offensive midfielder or a striker.
• Having ACCELERATION on your FULL BACKS is extremely important. Mayke outperformed Janmaat massively because he was able to get past his defender and put in a cross a lot more often, it is BY FAR the most important attribute when choosing full backs.
• Your center backs NEED pace and acceleration. Otherwise long ball teams and teams with 2 or 1 quick forwards will destroy your defenders by running in behind.
• A high TEAMWORK attribute on your inside forwards does improve assist tally immensely and agility is very very important as well as again; acceleration.
• Central midfielder is the most important player: he needs to be well rounded and have a high determination, off the ball, stamina, balance, vision, passing and I would also recommend crossing and dribbling. TFF recommended no PPMs but get forward whenever possible, shifts ball to other flank and tries long range passes can pay off if your CM has good decision making, anticipation and movement attributes.

Best tactic by FAR on this forum in my opinion and it's the first time I've liked a tactic from the forums more than one of my own so far on FM =) Thanks again TFF.

I'm still using Galego's Sunfire Attacking Tweak, does this perform better? Anyone test it?
 
What. The. ****... V4 is utter **** for me, i'm #20 in PL after 3 rounds, 3 losses, 2 goals 7 conceded... with MANCHESTER UNITED.

like 2 days ago I started a save with Manchester United with V2 and won the league/CL and was pretty much unbeaten.

Is V4 corrupt or something?
