I'm playing as AFC Fylde and have just finished my second season in the Premiership. Predicted 20th first season, finished 7th and predicted 18th second season and finished 6th and qualified for Europa League. My team is full of high potential talent just waiting to be nourished into world-class superstars but obviously the media will see them as raw talents not at their peak yet. I imagine one day I'll achieve world domination but face a steady uphill battle until some of these talents are blooded!

nah, I only leave press conferences to assistant manager, all the other stuff I do it myself.. for the matches I watch goals scored with commentary sometimes key highlights if i'm bored :P

Playing Bristol Rovers which after some seasons I have managed to get into the Premier League. Still getting hammered by the top teams though.

I had actually not thought about putting the different versions of the mentality in the three slots until you mentioned it. I used to have the vanilla 'Control' in all three. I see now that while 'Control' is fluid that both 'Counter' and 'Defensive' are accomplished (80-90 %) just from using them in matches I guess. I'll leave it now with those three and do some more 'Match tactics' in the preparation training slot. But even without preparing like this I have found that adjusting in-game gets me better results regularly.

Otherwise I follow TFF's instructions to the letter, including man-marking.

Second season with palace and the team are still playing very well,much stronger after the transfers pre-season.The only problem is im letting a few more goals in and was wondering if anyone has come up with a time waste/contain tactic?
 
v5 simulated on vacation with Deportivo, so signings or time to get the tactic fluid (16.3). Because I was on vacation it probably means no Man Marking? Seems like I lost the titles with 3p :(

So i've finished my 1st season with Lincoln city, got to play offs, but lost the final 1-2 to Easterleigh, got close in the top at the end of the season - to bad i had that bad start of the season. Still got the FA Trophy final to play, could win some silverware, but would prefer promotion instead xD
Played full season with v2 - gonna try V5 in 2nd season. ofc with man marking

Found a scary team stat, made 200 fouls more than the team in 2nd place in those stats o.o

Lol nice one... Something that bothers me for the past few saves i have had is that Messi is actually being "normalized" or rather "mortalized", he didnt manage to get more than 20 goals a season...
 
Second season finished, we have managed the first season to qualify Champions League with 63 points but we didn't this time with 68 points -.-

Yeah, but just like what's happening to Chelsea IRL happened to them.. poor form for the first 20 games and they both sacked their managers..
