In the new version you need set specific man marking for AMC position the same as you did it for STCR position in the previous versions




CHANGES:

- STCR was moved to AMC position, the PIs/Role/Duty were tweaked
- the PIs of MCL position was tweaked

- the set pieces were tweaked

TFF, the new version is amazing!


I just finished my 1st season with Southampton and won EPL! :)

I think that I also should mention that for some easy matches I used Instant Result and the latest version of the tactic for Instant Result.

The result could be much better if I wasn't FMed like this many times during the season, I don't know how this match ended 1 - 1:

This is how I was eliminated from Euro Cup, as you can see my team had 10 scoring chances but scored only 1 goal and my opponents had only 2 scoring chances but scored 3 goals… it's just f!@#$king ridiculous!

Southampton has very poor players, the tactic creates many scoring chances every match but these poor players just can't score and miss very easy chances, I think with any top club I would score 100 times more

Love your tactics, been using them a while now and wanted to say thanks!
Just a couple of questions about v10 and the new player filters.

Are the (v5) filters correct for the new main tactic (v10)?

Noticed that for wide midfielders it says can play attacking midfielder (right) rather than midfielder (right).

Also doesn't have left foot set as very strong.
 
The "No need manual marking" tactic still has DM instead of DLP like the new version of main tactic?

Second question, I have slow and aging defenders (managing Catanzaro in Serie C), is it a good idea to keep the D-line high or should I drop it lower? Also, if the fullbacks have really low stamina, should be tactic still remain balanced if I change their roles to Defend, so they cross from deep only.

I find that it doesn't matter, just make sure that only ML/MR positions takes the corners and give the priority to the players that have the highest "Corners" attribute.

The filters for MR position doesn't has requirements for the left foot in order not to limit your choice of players for MR position to only left footed players because they are very rare and expensive so right footed players also would work for MR position but you need to tweak the PI as explained at the OP.

I'm testing some stuff for DM position and when I finish depends on the result I might make changes to DM in both tactics but so far I recommend to stick with the current settings because it was tested already.
 
hi tff,

An unrelated question to the tactic. Are press conferences important for team performance? I'm really not having any fun with them and I really think they are taking too much time. Do you deal with them or just give it to somebody else?

Hey,

Indirectly the press conferences have impact on how your players performs during the matches because they give you chance to increase the Morale of some your players if you say "the right" things and decrease the Morale of some oppositions players if you say "the right" things

But I find that the press conferences are boring as **** ;) so I leave them to my assistant manager who has good attributes to handle them.

I think he means what to change if one player is sent-off ;)

unfortunately of course ! ppl would do a lot less useless questions if they actually read it. 99% of the time the answer is on the OP xD

TFF Mate, i noticed in v10 version that the DR have the shorter pass instruction while the DL doesnt have it. it is suposed to be this way mate? ;)
