Also would love to know what you all think on either staying with Rangers for a 3rd year or if i should move on? I have 4 other leagues loaded up which are Holland, Portugal, Russia and Belgium, I was touted for the FC Twente job recently but declined an interview as i want to win the Scottish Cup thus completing my treble here before i move on.

I think the Dutch league will be were i go next but depends on what jobs are available, Love how Lennon is though despite constantly beating them hes still going on that there the better team! Thanks for reading.

Im not much of a tactics man but this is the one that is currently working well for me, it was actually my tactic for Arsenal and worked really well, didnt do so well with PSG and Shakhtar but brought it back with Rangers in the last few in game months and its worked well, i constantly change and tweak my tactics so dont really have a nailed on definitive tactic you can download, Im not called by the media Tinkering Tonkin for nothing :P

A terrible loss in the Champions League as we totally dominate the game and have a lot of chances but Benfica were more clinical in front of goal.

10 points clear but Celtic have a game in hand but at this stage of the season i think Celtic and Looney Lennon are going to struggle to catch up now.

Great success with Rangers mate. I'd like to see you in Holland with a side you can build to compete with the big guns. :)

Yeah i like the look of Holland as it will be fresh, as i never play in holland, enjoyed building up a team so will see whos available when i retire but holland will be a preference.

Gauld has been amazing, didnt even scout him just saw him available on a free transfer and had seen in the paper Man u were after him, turned out well, Im going to go all out in the scottish cup as its the only thing keeping me here and if i dont win it will have to play another season! But with the league all but won i should be able to rest players in between, will miss my scraps with Neil Lennon though when i leave.

A comfortable win despite Celtic dominating most of the play as we retain our League Cup and i pick up my 3rd trophy with Rangers and 17th Trophy overall.

So we save ourselves a little dignity but more importantly get knocked out of the competition, Im guessing the 1st Knockout rnd of the Champions League is still a lot better than the Europa League Semi Finals but it doesn't feel like it.

A good month in the league with 3 wins out of 4 but we do lose to Inverness.

12 points clear of Celtic now with a game in hand and the league is all but secure, hopefully i can win the Scottish Cup and secure the Scottish Domestic Treble before leaving for new pastures.

A lot less busier month with no European football like last year as we reach the Scottish Cup Final were we will face long time rivals Celtic and have a mixed bag of league results with a poor loss to Motherwell after a thumping win over Aberdeen.

9 points clear at the top with only 3 games to go and yet again we will play Celtic to decide the title only needing a draw to lift the SPL at Celtic.

Im going to miss all of these youngsters once i quit, will be nice to see how they all progress especially the likes of Gauld, Seager and Oleary, a few have already had offers from bigger clubs which i have turned down but i guess once i leave they will be sold off despite the club having a balance of ?30million.

Yet again we beat Celtic on their own turf to win the SPL, they will certainly be out on a revenge mission for the Scottish Cup Final, Neil Lennon was rather quiet after this match.

So this season it was comfortable as we stormed the league after Christmas going 13 points clear of Celtic in the end with my young stars on fire this season.

Its fitting that 3 of the best strikers in the SPL at the moment are the difference in this match as i complete this seasons domestic Treble and can leave my Rangers post with my mission accomplished.

A truly amazing squad built up over 2 seasons of Bosman free transfers sigining some brilliant young players alongside experienced pros.

Is that the cheapest squad to ever win the SPL in recent memory? 10 out of the starting 11 were signed by me on free transfers and im sad to leave them.

Just read the lot, all caught up and looking forward to the next adventure, hoping to see a couple of the kids make the journey with ya, to leagues anew in lands far away... :)
 
okay sorry i should have been more specific... I would like your P$G tactic :P although many thanks for showing me that tactic that i too will use and maybe try to adapt :P

The psg tactic was kun's tika taka tactic i downloaded it on this site.
