So i group proves to be as easy as it looks with 4 wins from 4 helping us qualify with 2 games in hand.

16 wins out of 20 is superb start to my career, I think because we were only just scraping by in so many games and i was tinkering with the tactics i wasnt really looking at the bigger picture and seeing all the wins.

I was looking at selling Jenkinson in the summer but hes been having an absolute stonker of a season with some good performances and he won player of the month this month for the Premier League.

So a draw against Chelsea and then a win at Liverpool is probably are two best results so far this season and after only drawing with the Premier Leagues Suprise package Southampton we manage to beat them in the cup. We face Tottenham in the League Cup in the new year and will hope to get some revenge after our league loss early on in the season.

Thankfully Man City have not been able to pull away at the top of the league as was first feared but Tottenham could go top if they win there game in hand. We actually face Man City in the league in our first game of the new Year.

My players are absolutely knackered, mainly my defence which is threadbare at the moment with injuries to Sagna and Mertesacker, we only have 3 outright Centre Backs with Jenkinson playing in at RB and Mertesacker injuried it leaves Koscielny and Vermaelan and im told Koscielny needs a rest after every game! Flamini and Arteta have had to fill in at CB a few times this month and Naxto Monreal looks like one of the worst players i have ever seen as he struggles to get past a 6.1 rating!​
 
Nice story as always. Been following from the start. Hope you get to further improve the squad as injuries can make or break a season

Thanks man ive had some bad ones too with Giroud yet to play this season and Meresacker missing 5 months, even Wilshere and Sagna have missed 3 months each! Hows your Arsenal story going. How much did Damao and Zouma cost in the end? I was quoted mega money for Zouma
 
Jan and the transfer window updates will be posted tomorrow morning got given a little bit of money to wheel and deal with!

17 million for zouma and 6 million for Damio
glad I bought new defender as lost both my left backs to injury and then vermalen was playing there got injured so ended up with flamini playing make shift left back as I remembered he played there when arsenal reached the champions league final some years ago. Also on the subject of giroud can't get him to score, most of my goals from corners thanks to ozil delivering or arteta or Wilshire knocking some in

We also manager to sell Bendtner For ?5million in our only outgoing bar a couple of loan deals for Gnabry and a few youngsters.

So With that money i brought in two much needed players for a total of ?20million

Dejan Lovren - DC - ?14million

So we needed some backup in the defence department and i think that Lovren is more likely to go straight into the team and Vermaelen can then take the LB role.

Chris Smalling - DRC - ?6million

When i saw i could get him for so little i jumped at the chance. ?6 million for a young versatile English international.

So thats the defence strengthened and even Giroud should be back by March and will hopefully play some part in the end of the season.

As Huntelaar smashes in a hattrick to grab his 20th goal of the season we also reach another milestone of not losing in 20 games in all competitions, Our last loss was to Man Utd in the beginning of November.

Southampton are still up with us but i would like to think that us top 4 have pushed away a bit now with Southampton 7 points clear of 5th place Man Utd.

Aargh no! We get knocked out of the FA Cup by Newcastle as we lose our first game in 28 matches all the way back in November! There were also way too many draws this month!

So we were missing Giroud as we have been all season but everyone else is fit but the likes of Ozil and Koscielny look fatigued.
New Man Utd signing Pjanic will start against us while Shaqiri is set to miss out with injury with Rooney starting the match on the bench!

Thanks man the injuries have hit us hard upfront this season and Huntelaar can be hit in miss going from not scoring in a few games to smashing in hattricks!
 
Oh ****** Giroud is back from injury and it looks like it has hit him hard. Hes looking like at best he will be a Championship level player! What happened to super Giroud from last season the beast who scored over 100 goals in 3 seasons for me!

I know man its a drastic change but i guess he is getting on and it was a serious injury! New strikers are key this summer with Huntelaar pushing 31

What has been most surprising this season is that this is only the second sacking in the Premier League this season! I would have thought all of the bottom 5 would have changed by now at least.

A mixed month in the league as we lose to Chelsea, beat Tottenham win the League Cup and progress in the Champions League.

So Tottenham are 2 points clear with a game in hand at the moment despite the fact we beat them in the league, that Chelsea loss and more importantly the Stoke draw could hit us hard.
