I sold all my better strikers to make way for him. Definitely cost me a few trophies in the short term but added an extra bit of a challengne

Genie Scout gives his CA as 154 and his PA as 179 so there is room for improvement.

I have noticed on FMC it takes a bit longer for players to reach their maximum level compared to the full game so we should see some attribute increases
 
This may seem like a stupid question but did you create a new manager or are you the same one from the start?
 
Ok, I haven't been on here since January when my game broke so I'll have a read.
 
End Of Season #5

Another good season particularly in the league. An early exit from the Champions League is never good as the strikers failed to turn up in Europe this year.

Even though he is only 22 Surman is facing stiff competition from a couple of youngsters who want his place.

Sad to say but I'm growing a bit tired of this spell at Norwich. With over £500m to spend and a £3m a week wage budget there isn't anyone I can't buy really. I have tried selling established stars and replacing them with youth team players and still we seem unstoppable baring the odd hiccup in cup games.

The stadium can't be expanded anymore and I won't be able to build a new one again until 2128 at the earliest.

So I'm considering resigning and disappearing to one of the smaller leagues in the FM and doing this challenge with a smaller club in a smaller nation, somewhere like Iceland, South Africa, Peru or Australia (leagues that I know are short and fast meaning I'll reach 20 years quicker than in England)

Anyway let me know what you think..​

It is unlocked in Classic just but it is already a feature in the full version. Some have already had a son in FM13, I had one in FM10

Yea I'll go with Australia. Managed Newcastle Jets from 2093 to 2098 and really enjoyed. Fast processing and depending more on youth team players than having the likes of £500m to spend at Norwich.

Will also do a wee sub challange of trying to win the World Cup with Australia

I'll try to keep the same manager but it is hard getting low reputation jobs when you are a 'world class' manager. Every application is laughed off

With a few signings to strengthen our weaker areas we now have a team capable of challenging for the A League and putting a good run together in the Asian Champions League.

As a young winger Shaw will not have the same impact as Michael Surman had at Norwich so we are looking at assists and the odd goal, anywhere near double figures will be good over the course of a season.

*Hopefully a good youth team striker appears in the next couple of seasons and we'll focus on him as everyone loves a goalscorer

A good start to the season as a team and for Shaw individually. We only reached the 2nd round of the Asian Champions League last season and will be looking to do better.

Some European teams are mointoring Shaw closely but it will take a bid of over £5m before I even consider it.
