1. Make sure your unique ID is right.
2. make sure that there are no other partizan kits as they will collide and both won't work.
3. Make sure that the config is with your custom kits in a separate folder.

put all the kit images (PNG) with the config (XML) into a folder.

Then right-click, new, winRAR archive

copy/cut the files into the winrar file.

bobs your uncle!
 
They look great! Especially the home shirt - didn't expect you to recreate the stripes on the front so good!

Only downside is that the rar file is empty when I download it?:)
