Hi, I just use the OI that my assistant manager suggests before each game.

For the first and second year I had the base team plus some loans basically, for the third year I was able to put together a much better team. I really enjoy how the team plays with this tactic.

Hi mate, I'm glad this tacting is working well for you.
When I get a red card I sub one of the winger and I move the other winger in the central attacking midfielder position.

Why 1 WB is on attack and the other one on support?

I tried both of the WB on support duty and both of the WB on attacking duty but one on support and other one on attack gave me better results.

Nothing special, the ones that are included in the tactic, very basic.

I want to know if you recommend using the opponent instructions (recommended by the assistant). If you use them in every match, I understand that players will lose familiarity with the tactical instructions, right? Great tactic. Hi, I'm glad the tactic is working well for you. I always use the opposition instructions that my assistant manager suggests me before the game, the players don't lose familiarity with the tactic because these instructions don't touch team and players instructions since these are instructions about the most dangerous opposition players that need to be brought on the weak foot, closed down, hard tackled, marked tightly.
