Hi guys, quick questions regarding the individual training focus.

Alot of my players doesnt have FULL green bar using the TFF strikerless tactic. Do i set their individual training focus to AMC first, wait until the green bar reach 10/10, just switch the individual training focus to Trequartista? Or as long as the players are Accomplished/Natural in the position he played, it doesnt matter at all?


For example, a player like Eden Hazard only have 7/10 green bar in my save. Do I set his ITS to AMC or Trequartista?

Click on the paperclip, its in the list 4 times. So is one of the tweaks I use as well with a DLP.

Individual Training Focus:

AMC/AMCL/AMCR : Individual Training Focus = "Trequartista"

STC : Individual Training Focus = "Deep Lying Forward"

MCL/MCR : Individual Training Focus = "Deep Lying Playmaker";

CDL/CD/CDR : Individual Training Focus = "Ball Playing Defender" Training Focus

WBL/WBR : Individual Training Focus = "Complete Wing Back";

GK : Individual Training Focus = "Goalkeeper"

Why are we training MCL and MCR both as Deep Lying Playmakers when one is used as Box to Box Midfielders and the other one as Ball Winning Midfielder? I mean at least the MCR (BWM) should be trained as MC -> Ball winning midfielder right?
