Hi, I would have some questions. I tried this tactic with Southampton and in 2019 I reached second place in the premier league and final champions league (lost with Lyon for 0-1 T.T).

1) In the pre-season so do not have a high load of right preparation? In multi-match periods, can I lower the intensity level?
2) The overload tactic has never allowed me in 3 seasons to score, I have always lost (as in the case of the Lyon final). Do you also change the mindset right? In overload but never scored.
3) The mindset when you are moving the change? Or against Mantecser UTD at the old trafford put counter or defensive? Or does it ever change and remain standard?
