DEMOLISHER !

This time i tested the Striker version with Roda JC. Again no transfers in! I set the tactic and training and went on holiday. I know i can make the difference when i play the game myself but i would love to see the differences with both tactics.

Seems that this one works better. I also prefer a striker

All of the 3430 are pretty similar with only slight variations in roles in CM, if you have the right team for the you can hammer most teams, but comparatively, little between them.
 
Tactic is working great but is anyone else having problems with conceding a lot of set piece goals and penalties.

Try CFM or Vitrex easily the best around this year. Or Gunzo if you can find a free link

Nah, i only reshift stuff due to playing windowless on a small laptop. Its not a complete skin, jsut bits from for 16 carried over into screen i uses most, player club etc.
 
When i set uped training focus as it should be at the first page then my team started to playing worse and when i set it up back again by asistant manager my team was playing good again, strange?

For me it depends how many time it takes to train AMC position for a striker, for many good strikers it takes about only few months to get 18+ rating for AMC so there's no point selling them

If Versatility attribute is high enough then he'll pick very fast
 
Strikerless is a great tactic, the attacking play is beautiful to watch. Defensively its okay but nothing special, has anyone tried to make it more solid defensively? When I used Goodbye 343 my defense was rock solid (opponents created a clear cut chance every 200+ minutes compared to 140 minutes with Demolisher) so I will try copying the defensive instructions from that tactic.

Also I don't think that the Overload Strikerless is attacking enough, the tempo is raised and the defensive line pushed up but basically everything else is the same, especially the mentality which is still on "Counter". Surely the mentality needs to be set to "Overload" or at least "Attacking" to make enough of an impact? So far I had no success with the default Overload tactic because those changes are very minor.
