Simply the best I've used

This tactic is the most effective, most reliable I have used in the past five to six years of football manager. Simply amazing. You just pick your side and watch them dominate. Great stuff.

Having taken on the PSG job in 2023 and then discovering this tactic I'm simply on fire. We've won the French league at a canter, scoring 95 goals so far in 35 matches and only conceding 15. We've won the Coupe de la Ligue, playing only reserves throughout and am into the semi-finals of the French Cup.

But it is in Europe where this tactic is simply unstoppable. After the first leg of the semi-final we've scored 40 goals in just 11 matches and conceded 8. We cantered through a group including Juventus and so far in the knockouts we've beaten Real Madrid 8-1 on aggregate including a 5-0 win at the Bernabeu, then we knocked out Roma 8-1 on aggregate including a 5-0 win at home in the second leg. Finally we've just beaten Man United 4-0 at Old Trafford in the semi-final first leg. A Man United team that has won three of the past four Champions League titles and I could never defeat during my earlier job as Sheffield Wednesday manager in England.

Simply, amazing. What a tactic, what a game changer. Thanks so much for this, it's made FM enjoyable and fun again. I love it.

If your team is Underdog , use GOODBYE 3430,
else use Demolisher or KNAP WOF 3430.

I use both of them (Demolisher + GOODBYE or Demolisher + WOF) on my tactic slots.

While I admit that I must have a striker on the pitch, I actually prefer Knap's Journeyman 4-3-2-1 to all of those tactics you mentioned. I would use his tactic at home and then perhaps Demolisher away. TFF's 1 striker formation gets amazing away results but is bettered at home!

Any recommendations for players for this tactic in championship but hoping to be top 4 prem within 3 seasons?

I found these OI working excellent for the DEMOLISHER !

Hey, in which way? Please explain more.

My issues with this tactic that opposition is sometimes able to get crazy crosses in the box which some player always seen to meet and score. I have observed while playing with multiple teams.

Hi,

yeah, you will definately cut a huge number of the crosses coming in by showing the opposition's Fullbacks, Wingbacks and Wingers to their weaker foots, or even better for defending crosses, showing their wide players onto their false foot - so ML to his right foot, MR to his left, AML to his right and so on - for attacking wingers I'd be careful tho against those Inside Forwards, Playmakers on the Wings or target men/the Raumdeuter who is also efficient to scoring.

Plus tackling the MCs hard and closing them down at every opportunity will cut the passes to the wide positions out.

Further explained, the OI are set to further improve the fore-checking to the opposition defence. We already prevent the opposition to build-up short & safe, but by closing down their CBs the AM strata will look to close down defenders in possession all the time of the match.
