drunken night = sold the next day...
"ring ring" "ring ring" i knew who that was ringing me as i tried to sleep. it was ancelotti because of me not turning up to training. "hello". "were was you today!". i didnt know what to say cause to be honest i cant remember one bit about last night. im in so much ****. " ermmm i over slept." " well that is not good enough to show up to training im afraid im gunna have to fine you 2 weeks wages." after i heard that i had to tell him the truth. " Wait wait before you fine me i will tell you the truth.... well you see i was out last night till the early hours of the morning and i cant remember what happened last night my head is spinning boss." " what was you doing out all last night?! you know you should not be doing things like this and getting your self in ****." " what so i cant live my own ******* life now boss?" " you know what if you wanna be like this dont come back to training again and i will get in contact with some other clubs about." "yes who is this?". i could not recognise the voice down the phone and im starting to wonder how this man got my number. " this is your boss speaking." as soon as he said that i knew i had been sold by chelsea. "my new boss aye well can i find out my new bosses name and what club i will be playing for by any chance ?". " this is javier aguirre speaking and you will now being pulling on the valencia shirt every week." mmm valencia aye they have some good players and i will also be getting to play in the la liga. " we would like you to fly over to spain in the next few days to complete the deal." " ok i will." " ok thank you for your time didier and i will look forward to seeing you goodbye." so i now have a new challenge ahead of me in the closing stages of my career well lets hope i can do well.

carlo ancelotti has told me today he will play me for the last time against arsenal just a few days before i leave for valencia. i have not played a game since having that arguement with him and this game is going to be very emotional.

freekick to chelsea about 25 yards out. it looks like joe cole is going to take this one. he hits it ohhhhhhhh what a hit from joe cole straight into the top corner absoloutely brilliant and that might just be game over.
fabregas finds van persie oh great finish from the deutch striker and arsenal are right back in this game. can they make an excellant come back??

valencia spend to sign two new players.
spanish side valencia have spent money to sign both Didier Drogba from chelsea and mame diouf from mann utd. the biggest of the two signings is definately Didier Drogba. valencia paid £6 million to secure the ivorian from chelsea who moved from the club because of a fall out with chelsea manager carlo ancelotti.

A chelsea fan club has made this video to remember didier drogbas chelsea career. Didier has seen the video himself and had this to say:

sorry to anybody following i know i said the other day i would start updating this again but i really dont have any inspiration to play this game anymore so i guess thats the end of this story and tbh i didnt think i would get as manay followers as i did so thank you everyone that has followed and i might be making a new story either in a bit or tommorow not sure yet
well basicly first things first my last few stories havent gone too well and i didnt really enjoy doing them so to save me starting a whole new one and then possibly leaving it after half a season at most i have been thinking about continueing this story i really enjoyed writing this story up whilst i was doing it and i have the inspiration to continue it again so if you followed this story once before i would more then appreciate it if you followed once more and if you havent ever read this story before i would very much appreciate it if you read up on it and became a follower thank you

January 2011 Welcome to the Mestalla...
So here it goes my career at Valencia has began. I cant wait for my debut and hopefull I can help alencia pick up some better form then they have been producing so far this season. We are currently 9th place in the table but have a squad capable of so much more. well lets see what happens...

Valencia 1-3 Xerez
Well i think its fair to say my debut didnt go as planned. well for starters we lost the game and i was dreaful. I did nothing at all to help the club and was taken off after an hour which I deserved. If im gunna have a good career at Valencia I need to wake up a little bit.

spanish cup Valencia 2-2 Racing
A better performance from me today and I grabbed my first goal for the club! Mathieu also scored for us today which was well deserved late on as we where 2-1 down with a few minutes to go. the second led is going to be tough but we are good enough to win it.

Valencia 1-1 Sevilla
A fair result in the end againt tough opponents. neither side was at their best and an average performance from me. Alexis gave us the lead with an hour gone and it seemed we was taking all three points but Sevilla scored late to break our hearts. Joaquin missing a penalty didnt help the pain either.

A great result and a goal for me as we are in the next round of the cup. after I gave Valencia the lead it seemed we had won when we reached the 90th minute but Racing got a late equaliser but then we fought back and a 94th minute winner from Kike won us the game. we all went crazy and I am still delighted now. get in!!

Another dreadful performance in the league from us. we need to take our form from the spanish cup into the league. I was not at my best and got taken off with about 20 minutes to go. We need to improve.

A boring game in the end which really didnt deserve a goal. I was again subbed off late on and it didnt really make a difference to be fair. hopefully we can improve in the second leg.

A much better performance from us all in the league. a well deserved win thanks to goals from me, Joaquin and Alexis. Recreativo's goal didnt matter too much as the game had already been won. hopefully this can get us up and running.

Thats our cup run over at the hands of tough opponents who deserved to beat us in the end. we didnt turn up and just couldnt get in the game. Atletico eventually punished us with a goal 8 minutes from time.

A good performance from us today and a good away win. Im pleased i managed to get on the scoresheet to give us the lead. David Silva grabbed our second a dew minutes later. a great way to end the month as we have moved one place up to 8th.

A game we perhaps should of got more from. we were the better team from start to finish but sporting hit us on the break to get their goal which in my opinion was un deserved. Luckily Nikola Zigic had a fine game and got the equaliser he deserved. I sat out of this game through injury but hopefully i will be back for our next game.

Another good performance from us and Im glad I have come back from injury with a goal. In my opinion our star player David Villa scored our second. unfortunately he is being linked with a move to a new club. I really hope these rumours are not true it is an honour to play along side a striker as good as him.

champions league leg 1 Valencia 1-3 Inter
A really poor result especially at home. David Villa got us off to the perfect start with an early opener but after we took the lead we just completely changed and Inter walked all over us. we need to improve greatly in the second leg which wont be easy at the san siro.

A fantastic result against tough opponents. A hat trick from Joaquin got us this win. He was fantastic yet again today and since i have joined this club he has really impressed me.

A very good draw away from home against the league leaders. We struggled at points in the match but did more than enough in the end to deny Barcelona putting a goal past us. We sit 7th at the end of this month and are improving greatly.

An interview with Didier.
Sky sports has caught up with former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba to talk to him and ask him a few questions about his new career at Valencia and perhaps what he would like to do when his playing days are over.
Sky sports: So Didier how are you enjoying life at Valencia
Didier: Its fantastic their Im really enjoying my time at the club very much which is very well supported and I have some great team mates.
Sky sports: You seem to have fitted in at the club straight away and you have already popped up with a few goals, Are you happy with your performances so far in a valencia shirt?
Didier: To be honest yes i believe I have done well so far for Valencia but some of my performances havent been my best and I belive I can still improve and play even better for my new club.
Sky sports: Do you miss being back in London,England and do you miss pulling on a Chelsea shirt every week?
Didier: definately England is a wonderful country full of wonderful people and ofcourse Chelsea is a wonderful club who I absoloutely loved playing for. Ive had the best years of my career at Chelsea and it was an honour to work with everybody associated with the club.
sky sports: what are your plans for when you finally decide to hang up your boots and call it a day?
Didier: I have been thinking alot about going into management once i decide to retire for about the past year now. Management is something many players wish to do once they retire to stay in the game and I definately want to stay in football once my playing days are over. Football is the best sport in the world and i dont think I would be able to leave it so soon.
Sky sports: How about returning to Chelsea as a manager in the future?
Didier: Who knows I could end up managing any team in the world once my playing days are over. I will bite chelseas hand off if they ever offered me the chance to become manager of the club. I loved playing for the club and I know i would love maanging the club.
