Anyone else noticed that nearly every single team are in debt, thus meaning that no one can buy players to get out of a depression. Might I suggest a lottery in which 3 random teams are given a small fund (25m?) which could help us get out of this financial mire and move on, shout me down if you must but just a thought

A lottery where only welsh clubs beginning with the letter C can buy a ticket? I'm going to need some help avoiding relegation!!!

i could see it stimulating some sales, but I think we should ride it out and by the summer teams should have a bit more money floating around, or at least will have sold some players freeing up some money. We need to be a bit wiser with our money in the future.

How about if the 3 teams in the relegation zone (cardiff, stoke and sunderland) get a smaller fee ( 10m?)

Wouldn't really be fair on teams that aren't In the relegation zone. Don't see how they should be rewarded for being there

I'm sure we can get some random number picker (like the hunger games) to choose 3 teams which each get a 25m boost

I think it's a very bad idea with the lottery.
The fun is to act like a chairman and see what you can do with your club.

If someone has big financial trouble, they must change their approach!
All clubs are not meant to be competing for the title (or for the top players for that matter)!

Look at the sensible and successful approach NathWalker has chosen as Swansea chairman.

I agree dude. Tho I have sold 1 of my players.

Of course you'd agree with it.

The lotto is a ridiculous idea. Defeats the point of the game. Am I correct in stating I've been the best chairman financially?

Southampton made big profits not sure how much, Swansea made good profits and I don't think they spent a penny. Not sure how much profits you made but if you did well it's between youse 3

I think so and the way you say that is like you have a rivalry with me.

No need to bicker everyone... merely an idea
think Swansea have been the best so far - getting Wenger was a masterstroke

I think it's a bit unfair since some chairman will have a sugar daddy injecting money in the club.

2. Can you loan every foreign player or only players with back-up status and under?

3. What happens when two chairmen approach the same player?

Hope you can find time to answer my questions...

Cheers

1: No, I haven't removed sugar daddies and that is indeed on purpose. This is to add to the sense of realism! Since I have added the rule where no chairman can spend into minus figures there will be no more administration anyway, it just means that sugar daddy clubs may have a decent budget in each window. Once again this adds to the realism.

2: Only realistic loans will be considered, I wont allow the likes of 'Modric' going on loan to Newcastle for example. I will only allow loans where a club has either:

-Placed the player in the reserves(like Juventus did with Gervinco, hence why I allowed Everton to loan him)

-Has placed the player as backup or no longer needed

-Or if the player is unhappy and they club are considering selling him. (If 2 chairmen come in for him and 1 is a loan and the other is a permanent offer....he will automatically choose the permanent option)

3: If 2 chairmen come in for the same player then based on different statistics such as a players favourite club, favourite personnel, bigger club(higher rep) and players personality.

No, I wont be doing any sort of lottery. Yes I have noticed quite a lot of players aren't in a state to buy players and making it hard for C2C deals to be done. That is why I will transfer list players ingame at the end of our window and then I will sim January, so dead wood can be moved on. Come the Summer the clubs will update their balance and budget as that is when the season review is done...you should expect to see your balance and transfer funds updated into positive figures.

In the end, the reason for clubs showing a minus balance is due to either:

-the clubs having a high amount of debt and having constant repayments slowly drain the money.

-the clubs spent well into minus figures which has resulted in either:
-a minus balance and debt being paid off a little
-Or some clubs have taken the approach of clearing the minus balance BUT at the result of adding a lot more debt to their club!

(ps. I haven't checked my pm's yet, will do soon -watching the North London Derby)

Right guys, let me know if you'd prefer me to transfer list players now and THEN sim to the last week of January, which I will let chairmen do business then? Or just leave it the way it is?

Defo 1st option. Allows me to get rid of some of my players before the chaiman to chairman deals.

Stoke new signings
Stoke City have raided cash straped aston villa for Ashley Westwood for 3 miliion pounds, and nathen baker for a reported 3 million pounds two very good players for good price.

Aston Villa sales

We all knew we had to make a few sales and we have with 3 players leaving the club. Jores Okore leaves for Man City for 1M. We also sold Ashley Westwood and Nathan Baker both to stoke and both for 3M. (What a coincidence!)

I would prefer to transfer list players and sim to end of Jan. But happy to go with majority vote either way.

Cardiff City Transfer List
As well as the rubbish players no premiership club would want, I am also open to offers for 1st team players.

Gary Medel - ?10m
Steven Caulker - ?15m
Dede - ?13m
Sam Byram - ?10m
Fabio - ?3m

Open to part exchange or loan deals as make weight offers.

But I wanted Modric D:

Now in what really matters, I'd prefer the first option...
