You surely either underrate Walker, or you haven't seen his performances recently.
Personally, I think Tottenham might have players with less individual technique than Liverpool, but the teamwork is way better than Liverpool's.
If I were to say what team is better, I'd surely choose Tottenham, also from obvious reasons.
Comparing the 1st team isn't the best way to compare two teams, as players might be out of form, or in form for a period of time, so personally, I'd say the way that team works together overwhelms the individual performances.
