On page 22, you can find the Blue Routines set-piece tactic. Download it and choose your best left-footed and best right-footed corner taker. In defense, choose a player with good heading. If possible, try to sign a striker with good heading. You can be sure I use the same tactics.

I train players to develop individual skills so they can contribute more to the score. Other than that, I don't use any other instruction.

Apart from tactics and dead balls, you can try to keep your squad wide.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with in FM26.
Also my team Man utd are getting so many Yellow cards and i dont know how to stop it happening, Any suggestions please?

First of all, thank you for your valuable feedback. When FM 26 comes out, I'll try to return to a goal-rich tactic. Also, when your team receives a card, try to make as many substitutions as possible at the first yellow card. Otherwise, if you receive a red card, the first player you should definitely subtract should be the attacking midfielder. Even if they receive a red card, the team can still score. I'm also building a career with Fenerbahçe, and in my first season, I lost 4-3 to Real Madrid in the semi-finals. I'm in my second season and I'm trying to win the league and European cups.
