OK I will take a look at him, cheers. How did you like my first post? All feedback welcome.

Brilliant first update, in my opinion. Informative, helpful and well set-out. Perfect.

Creighton is new Vice-Chairman.

After being offered the job to take up the position of Vice-Chairman Creighton was delighted and had this to say:

Josh Creighton said:
Tony is a great man to work with. England will be tough, but together we believe we can acieve success in every aspect of the club. Hopefully we don't have to sack anyone, however if we do it is for a good reason.

England fans seem to be happy about the replacement for Mr. Carter and hope to succeed in the future. With the Euro qualifiers coming up, we will have great expectations of everyone working in and around England, to ensure that we reach our full potential.

Procter reveals decision behind Creighton Appointment

Tony, thanks for being here today.

Ok, firstly, why did you appoint Josh Creighton as Vice-Chairman of the FA?

Because I believe he will be the most active Vice Chairman and will know how to involve himself more than Carter. I will be hoping you have approached him for an interview and I'm hoping he'll be a good appointment.

You previously said yourself you were on the verge of asking rookie James Lorenzo to be Vice-Chairman. How do you think this will affect Mr Creighton?

I did approach James for the job, but he declined the job almost immediatley. I don't think it will affect Josh though.

Can Josh live up to the expectation which fans of England have, in terms of his appointments, and working with you?

I think he can, yes. I wouldn't have appointed him if thought otherwise.

You are no stranger to controversy. Do you think you will form a good working relationship with Creighton?

I do hope so, but as you know, I will sack him if I don't!

Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions Mr Procter.

LORENZO INTERVIEWS CREIGHTON

Hi Josh, thanks for coming down today.

Firstly, how do you feel about taking the job of Mr Carter?
it is sad that Mr. Carter had to leave, however he was not completing the expectation of England Vice-Chairman. In this case I will be taking over, to try and help everyone at the club to reach their full potential, and help cap off England's World Cup win.

Do you think of this role as something of a poison chalice since Carter left?

I have complete confidence in myself and everyone at the team. If they have any problems me and Tony will tak it over.

How will you deal with Tony Procter's short temper, as many have labelled it?
I don't think Tony has a short temper. He is just doing his job. If you were chairman and had a lazy person such as Mr. Carter as your Vice-Chairman, I think you would do the same.

Do you see yourself in the job in a year's time?
A mere year? I see myself doing my best to help Tony out. If there is any ever problems I will always stick to the job. Even if I get sacked, it wont be for my poor performance. I believe I will be here for many years to come.

How much of an influence do you have over Mr Procter, as his deputy?

Mr. Procter always takes into consideration over what you have put across. He is the Chaiman, and all things go his way first. I will influence him alot, but it is his decision that is final.

Thanks for telling me this, Mr. Creighton.

No problem, thank you for the interview.

Daniel Carter "A disgrace to his country"

By Patrick Hughes

New Vice Chairman Josh Creighton has claimed that Daniel Carter was a disgrace to the country. Many people claim that he wasn't involved enough, and instructed enough. Here are his thoughts

The last Vice Chairman didn't last long, do you believe you will do any better?

The last vice chairman was a disgrace to his country. I intend to bring back the good things to English football. Now we have won the World Cup we have high expectations to stand up to. I believe I can fulfil these expectations.

Do you believe that Mr. Carter should have been sacked?

I am sorry to say that he deserved to be sacked. He disgraced his country, and to win the World Cup and get sacked. That is really bad. When you join a new club, you have to try and complete your goals. If you are too lazy you will never succeed.

He was sacked for not involving himself enough, how will you involve yourself more?

I will try and help out every aspect of the club. Mr. Carter didn't do much, so I will be the opposite. Always working hard.

I'd Like to thank Josh Creighton for his time.

This is turning out to be an amazing story. If anyone wants to interview me about the Euro qualifiers, feel free.

Nice to have a decent break after the World Cup, but now we're back into serious mode and I am raring to go. Squad announcement day today, against Bulgaria, and I've decided to give some of the younger kids a go.

I've been listening to all sorts of recommendations, and I've taken into account all of them. And without further adue, here is the squad vs Bulgaria.

There are a few young lads there that are banging on the door of the starting XI, and some aren't. I've decided to keep a few regulars in though. And virtually all these guys will be around for 2014.

U19's Euro Championship

England U19's Announce New Kits

Note the number of Stars above the badge, well done Mr. Ames

Englands Qualifying Group is as follows:

Euroqualgroup.jpg

"We should have no trouble getting through this group, these games will give the players good match practice for the later stages." Jack Gale, speaking to Journalists.

Well Mr. Gale seems sumpremely confident that his players have what it takes to progress. Lets take a look at the 25-man squad Gale has selected.

First game of the Championship for England

EngvAzresult.jpg

A storming 5-0 win for Gale's boys, they enjoyed complete dominance over Azerbaijan.
After the game Gale had this to say; "I am very pleased with this result, everyone expected us to win and we did so I brilliant style. The future looks bright."

I will continue the Euro Championship later on.

England U19's Vs Slovakia U19's

Today's game is the second game of the Championships for England's U19's and only Gales third game in charge. Gale is said to be "very confident" about a win today.

VsSlov.jpg

This is the starting Line-up for the Slovakia game. England are without their captain Jack Rodwell as he picked up a hamstring injury which will rule him out for the rest of the tournament. "Losing Jack is obviously a big blow for the team but I am confident the team will still performe to their usual standards."
Jack Gale, speaking to Journalists.

Left Back Aidan White, Right Back Jordan Clarke, Central Midfielder Korey Smith and Goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli will all recieve their first starts in an U19's shirt.

Another solid win for England. Stand-out performances coming from Jose Baxter (again) and Nathan Delfouneso. Jordan Clarke and Aidan White also had solid debuts.

Next Game against Georgia coming soon.

U19 Boss Speaks of Great Relationship With Ames

U19 boss Jack Gale has told of his great relationship with manager Ed Ames. His thoughts are below.

What is your relationship like with Ed Ames?

Me and Ed have a solid relationship we agree in almost everything, I can only see that as a good thing.

How often are you in contact with him?

I try to contact him everyday regarding players.

Have you recommended any players that he will play soon?

Yes I believe Jack Rodwell, Danny Welbeck and Nathan Delfouneso have been called up on my say-so.

How has being appointed U19 manager affected your life?

Well I seem to have less time on my hands now but I enjoy it greatly. I never expected to get the job so it came as a surprise but a pleasant surprise.

I'd like to thank Jack Gale for giving me his time.

If any press company wants me for an interview today, I'm free to do so.

England U19's Vs Georgia U19's

Todays game against Georgia will be England's final game in the Euro Championships Qualifying groups. As England have already qualified from their group Jack Gale is set to experiment with his Line-up.

Georgialine-up.jpg

The starting Line-up has been confirmed. There are debuts for Goalkeeper Jake Kean, Left Back Alex Billington, Centre Mid Tom Cairney, Attacking Mid Ryan Donaldson and Striker Harry Kane.

Despite the result Jack Gale is not entirely happy with this performance, this was the first game Gale's side has conceded a goal in and it was a cheap goal to concede at that. England lacked that killer-edge in the first-half but greatly turned it around after the break. A cracking performance from Michael Potts ensured victory for England, "Potts will definately feature in my squads in the later stages." says Jack Gale.

England's Second Qualifying Round coming soon

ENGLAND U21 VS UKRAINE U21

Today's match sees Richard Barnes manage the U21 side in his first competitive game. A dominating 4-0 victory over Australia U21 four days earlier showed good signs for the youth of England. Barnes told Sky Sports that he was "over the moon" when Nathan Delfouneso and Danny Welbeck, both who scored in that match being promoted to the senior side.

Today's line up also saw a change in formation. Barnes changed to a flat 3-4-3.

The final result finished 1-0. Delfouneso scored.

Barnes was quick to praise the Aston Villa striker by saying he reminds him of "Alan Shearer". The link up play between the midfielders and forwards was a delight and he says all the players performed well. Special praise to Lee Cattermole, Man of the Match who played some superb passes as well as young winger Kieran Gibbs, who attacked the wing really well.

Procter on the Euros

By Patrick Hughes

Tony Procter talks about the Euros and the U19 and U21 jobs.

A good start in the European Championships Qualifying, what is your take?

A very good start, yes. It's showing one thing at that thing is that the future is very bright for England and we may well be in with a shout of re-gaining our World Cup.

The U21 and U19 bosses seem very good, do you believe they were good signings?

Yes. I always stand by my decisons unless I see a proper reason why I should not.

If it all goes wrong, and Mr Ames gets sacked (I know you don't want to think of that eventuality) will someone in a job now, say youth managers or the Assistant Manager (should they have done well) be able to go for the managership?

I don't see why not. But I am always looking to add new people to the regime, and if they are doing well in there jobs, then they should stay in them.

What do you believe will be happening in 5 years time?

I believe we will still be challenging for the World and European Championships.

Will Ed Ames still be at the helm?

Possibly.

Thank you Tony Procter.

ENGLAND U21 VS IRELAND U21

Today sees the England U21 side play their second European U21 Championship Qualifier under Richard Barnes. But they will have to cope without star strikers Nathan Delfouneso and Danny Welbeck due to injuries. Daniel Sturridge and Newcastle's Phil Airey have been called up whilst Jay Rodriguez is expected to start.

So here is the squad announced for the game:

The starting line up:

And the final result:

The star players of the match were:
Daniel Sturridge
Fabien Delph
Kyle Naughton
Lee Cattermole
Sam Hewson

Sturridge played an excellent poachers game with Delph instinctively knowing when to come forward-made evident with his goal. Naughton supported the wing superbly laying the cross for the first goal whilst Cattermole and Hewson played excellently in terms of passing and breaking up opposition attacks. I definately think Cattermole should be considered for a call up to the senior squad. I'll speak to the manager about my recommendations. So far 3 out of 3. Looking good.
