Key player Craig Bellamy is suspended, as is David Vaughan, after both picked up yellow cards in the 2-1 win over Montenegro.
Gareth Bale and captain Aaron Ramsey both played well in the game which earned Wales their first points in qualifying and will be vital to any success in the short trip to Wembley.
James Collins was a surprise omission at the back last time out, though Darcy Blake performed admirably in his absence.
Expect this game to be a high tempo clash, hoping we can build on Friday's game. With Barry and Parker both one Yellow away from suspension, I expect Parker to be replaced by Lampard to ensure at least one f the holding players will be available away to Montenegro. Expecting most of our attacks to come through the left/centre while right nullifies Wales' threats
Score: England 3-1 Wales

- Micah Richards and Darren Bent have both withdrawn from the squad with injuries, though neither featured in the 3-0 win in Bulgaria.
- Much of the attention around Friday's game and this revolves around Fabio Capello's decision to leave out a fit Frank Lampard for the first time in 4 years.
- The Chelsea midfielder will be hoping to earn a recall in place of Barry or Parker but doesn't seem to fit in Capello's 4-2-3-1 formation.
- Debutant Chris Smalling will keep his place at right-back while Gary Cahill should also stay in the side having netted the opener last time out.
- The one change that could be made may see Theo Walcott, a doubt for the game, replaced by the more defensively capable James Milner in order to provide cover for Chris Smalling against Gareth Bale
