are talksports commentators good then? surprising as whenever i turn on talksport they just trolling for callers.

I.E. yeah the guy broke his leg by jumping up and down repeatedly on it, but it was fine challenge nothing wrong with it. now call us for £1 per minute

Probably Lawro, he has come up with some amazing ones so far, he said about a hard challenge "ohh did you hear him squeal like a pig"

That was absolute dire worst half of the tournament so far its like the france game all over except we are playing ukraine *****!

This Spain looks worse than the one 2 years ago, but I wouldn't discard her so easily, if you look at the stats Spain have made the most shots, recieved the least goals, has the most possesion and scored the most goals.

I think if Del Bosque had the guts to line up like this they would rock:

Awful games tonight, watching with my German friend, and it's fair to say she isn't quaking in her boots at the thought of playing any of the teams on show from what they've produced so far..

That may be so, but in last game Croatia really scared them shitless. What happens if they meed first-tier team?

Two years ago SPain didnt play pretty either, but they seemed to have much, much more control over games.

It's hard because I'm a Real fan myself, but I think that we don't need as much a third man in the center as we did in the WC, teams sit deeper against us now so we need more people making the runs to open up some space and Llorente like in the WC match against Portugal tying the CB's. Also our FB's need to start making some runs, Arbeloa is terrible, period, all he does is slow down the attack and allow the opposite team's midfielders to press us more (clearly seen in the croatia match), If it was me I'd take a risk and loose out on ramos on the center and put him in the wing (in attack he is like night and day compared to Arbeloa).

Anyway I'm still confident that Spain can win the tournment, not because Del Bosque will make any changes but I hope the players step up a bit and show guts (like the awesome spanish sides that played before 2008 and never had the luck to win anything but that fought like **** in every match). On the bright side, if we don't win, we might sack Del Bosque! and somebody new with a bit more of ambition might take charge. AVB for Spain? how does that sound?
