Yeah I'm gonna blow my entire summer transfer budget on a world class player who can play both left and right wing- for now, I've got Arteta on right with Giuliano back up and Pienaar on the left with Albin (loan) as back up.
But I wanna put Arteta in the middle with Fellaini eventually so wanna get an awesome versatile winger- any suggestions? My shortlist at the moment is Nani, Schneider, Ribery, Turan, Arshavin. Any more for any more?

By the way I'm down to 3rd now, about to go into the Merseyside derby!! It's gonna be a big one.

Crashed out of the Carling Cup in the Quarter's 1-0 away to Blackburn
Through the group stages of Europa League, got Real Madrid in the knockouts though
Into 4th Round of the FA Cup with a 2-0 home win over Gillingham (very experimental lineup for that one!)
Player form:
Albin has gone off the boil
Neville has been drafted in at RB instead of the injured Srna and has been woeful
Turner did well initially but then started playing like a blind man with no hands (conceded 8, yes 8 away to Chelsea- lost 8-2)
Got Vagner Love playing like a dream now that I've told him to "run with ball" and unticked "hold up ball"
Figured out how to get the best out of Cahill- "expect a performance" before each match, scores every time

I offered out Osman for £9.25 million and Bolton came in and offered just under so i snapped there arm off, sent a scout out for walker and they came back and said he has the potential to be alot better than Arteta and Naughton will become alot better than Neville, Naughton will be my 1st choice RB as i do not like Hibbo
similar happened on my everton game, i ended up selling arteta for 20million, and i rejected 18.5mil for cahill from manchester utd, and 15mil for jagielka from real madrid and barcelona.........as for ashley young dont even get me started, he gets praised and praised and praised....getting very annoying but it says he is enjoyin life at the club, and he aint going nowhere.
I am currently 5th in the premier league, but i have 2 games in hand due to my european campaign which has got me 2-1 up in quarter-finals of europa league.

I've got Cesar Azpilicueta, paid way too much for him but i was at the end of my tether in trying to sign a good quality right back that would want to play for Everton. Paid a whopping £28.5million, part of me regrets it but the board gave me £50mill in my 2nd season and i desperately needed one. he is now worth £15,000,000. Good thing is he's only 20 years old. He's played 35, Avg Rating 6.89, 1 assist, 2 MoM. I'd like to see more for my money, and should probably have just settled with making Hibbert a 1st team player. Nevertheless, he has been reliable.
I dunno about you but I've found finding good quality full backs to be a real problem in the game

yeah they're orite, i downloaded them right at the start and im 2 seasons in now and all i've changed is getting big yobo to stand on the 6yard box and nut the corners out the goalies hand.
i've done orite but nothing special, couple of good cup runs and came 7th in both seasons. disappointingly average. the board are happy tho. i seem to have slipped into an Arsene Wenger state where i can turn up do nothing special, come on the same position in the league every year (in Arsene's case 4th) and they're still happy

Yeah his price was the main thing really, only had £12.5m to spend from the £29.5m sale of Fellaini (now that's what I call realistic!) so it all went on Camacho. Everyone else was too expensive/ didn't want to move to me even though I'm still 3rd in the Prem.
SO the league match after the first leg with Real Madrid- Davies decides to rest key players and The Toffees still turn over a Birmingham side 3-0 at Goodison.
Then comes the second leg in the Europa League. Real Madrid away. Everton defending a 1 goal lead.
Tactics
I decided to use a defensive 4-4-2 with Tim Cahill playing up top with Vagner Love. Also, I put Lescott left back and moved Baines forward to left wing as he's more defensive than Pienaar. Also, I drafted youngster Dan Gosling in MC alongside Camacho, again for his defensive qualities.
The reason for using my usual 4-4-2 was because I got turned over 8-2 away to Chelsea when I changed to 4-5-1, prompting the press to question why I'd changed my so successful formation.

Anyone know how to recover lost games? Or is it just a case of replaying and hoping for the same good fortune..?

I'm getting on pretty well with my Everton game, aint lost yet, just one dodgy result against Blackburn where they scored in 92nd minute, sold on Tim Cahill for £13 million to Shaktar but i have brought 3 good replacements in Moutinho, Defour and the other young Standard midfielder

To be honest, Cahill's not been that great on it for me. Almost definitely because I play 4-4-2 I think. Whenever I switch to 4-4-1-1 if I'm defending a lead, he nearly always pops up with a goal. Not sure if it's worth sacrificing my system though.
