I'm still using the Strikerless and Fearless v370 from FM21 and its delivering.

Taken a create a club (used salford as a base) from L2 to the championship back to back and I'm currently 2nd after 20 games and looking good to make it to the premiership.
Don't know how it will work with the new tactic, but on the FM21 version I switched play after a few bad results to a 4-1-1-4, taking the left Mez off and switching the front line to
RMS, SS, SS, RMD.
Should not have worked. Was absolutely amazing. I use it now if I'm behind or drawing after the 60th and it nearly always gets me a win.

Definitely going to plug this in!

I have made a couple of changes right now and I have put the two midfielders in off-road and the midfielder in regista and I am doing very well

Do you usually play strikers in the AM positions?

It depends if they have the right characteristics. For the AM positions, outright attacking midfielders are best, creative, with pace, good finishing and some skill, as they are the prime creators. These are my AM's at the moment:

The player above is perfect for SS and was originally my first choice, however i didn0t manage to get in who i wanted for the right AM position and got a great deal on a striker i adapted, so moved him into AM instead. For the SS position i usually adapt strikers if they are fast, agile and finish well. These are my current 2 SS that i adapted from strikers:

Is this Gabriel Barbosa? Great stats! Had a look at them and i think Bailey would be best adapted as SS and with finishing training, as he has low passing, decisions and vision, but has great stats for an SS. GB has great finishing but is the better all round player with good passing and creativity. He would do really well as the left AM. Buendia is perfect for AM but needs finishing training

I have had very mixed results so far a lot of unexpected losses& barbosa hasn’t got going yet
Ive noticed my players are constantly tired which is forcing me to rotate nearly every game

Its a bit of a philosophical change from your FM21 v370 tactic so my team have had a hard time adapting to it mid season. Will stick with what's working and re-visit this next season in what will hopefully be a campaign in the premier league.
