I'm managing Southampton...
I am only in mid-October, and here is what I have so far from my board:
-Increase in Transfer Revenue percentage from 70% to 80%
-Increase in Transfer Budget from (approx)£550,000 to £700,000
-Increase in Wage Budget from (approx)£100,000 to £115,000
-Training Facilities improved to be finished by 28th May 2011
-Youth Facilities improved to be finished by 28th May 2011
(^ Asked for both of these on the same day...)
-Parent club of Chelsea arranged. Have got Fabio Borini and Gael Kakuta on loan
-Scouting range improved from UK, Ireland and France to the whole of Europe.
I guess it may just depend on what club you are, and how nice your board are...
Even I was surprised with the amount of stuff I could bribe my board for. Didn't manage to get the extra £525,000 off of them for David Healy though
