Tonight or tomorrow I will update re-creation of FETISH,I think it is little bit better from original, formation is same, some changes have been made for attacking players, also testing tactic with FM Classic with my favourite club RED STAR...
Also FETISH will have new name SERBIAN GOAL MACHINE

Any suggestions you could give me to help with this? i.e how to build my finances, team and reputation? i know this a lot to ask but am grateful for any advice you can give.

Tested SERBIAN GOAL MACHINE in FM Classic, won Serbian Cup and Serbian League with impressive score, , lost in last phase before group stage in UEFA cup from Sparta Prague (1:3L, 1:0W) screenshots of league,cup,transfers history,best player,etc. right here:

so,this is a proof that SERBIAN GOAL MACHINE ex FETISH is working also in FM Classic... probably tomorrow or on monday will upload new version of ex FETISH -> SERBIAN GOAL MACHINE and SERBIAN GOAL MACHINE for last 20 mins tactics,because I want to play one full season with my Venezia save...

Happy to hear this... you need to find good parent club which will send you players, sell some of your players which are not good for tactic, try to find some free players (older stars is good choice), load around 120,000 players like I said in first post, it is hard work but if you want career you should be ready for that... step by step
I hope you seen that a lot of users of FETISH are having great results with smaller,lower league teams

*UPDATE*
SERBIAN GOAL MACHINE (ex-FETISH)

How to play Serbian Goal Machine? Same as Fetish, formation is same, I made some little changes and I think it is little bit stable than original.
Serbian Goal Machine have 2 tactics, first one is for most period of game, second one is for closing game - example - if you have lead of 2 goals in half team change to this version,also you need to change to this tactic if you have lead of 1 goal after 70,75min.

Now you dont need to find F9,you should find AF player on striker position,if someone want to make filters feel free to do it (dazycfc done most of this)
