Hello all,its my pleasure to introduce you my first tactics on FmBase.
I made it for every team,I test it on my long term career with Venezia and also with Barcelona and Bayern Munich,on this first post I will put pictures from my long term career because we all want to see success with smaller/mid team and that is evidence is tactic good enough to be here. So, we can start ^^)
Why FETISH? Because its beautiful to watch how my team play^^)
FETISH TACTIC has 3 versions, first one Control, second Offensive andof course Defensive version.
Control version is used most of time,Offensive and Defensiveversions are used only on last 10-15mins of game when you need to protect lead or when you losing a game.

Because you want positive reaction from your players,my opinion is if you want positive reaction you need to give different talk individualy from general teamtalk and general teamtalk should be different at the start of match and on half time... HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND! Enjoy!

As I promised that I will remake my V2 tactic,I did it and results are impressive so far... I know that I said I will upload tactic for few days,but I cannot wait so long
What I have changed from V2? As you know V2 tactic is 4-1-2-1-2, changes are mostly in Team instructions and Player instructions,also changed role for DMC from Anchor to DM and for right STC from Poacher to CF... So,Black Mamba has 3 versions, Control, Defensive and Offensive...
Everything about Teamtalks,Training,Opposition instructions are the same as on opening post, only attributes for CF position you need good tall player above 188cm with good heading,finishing,composure,jumping,strenght,etc.. . just won again Italian Super Cup and that is 14th trophy

SERBIAN GOAL MACHINE (ex-FETISH)
How to play Serbian Goal Machine? Same as Fetish, formation is same, I made some little changes and I think it is little bit stable than original.
Serbian Goal Machine have 2 tactics, first one is for most period of game, second one is for closing game - example - if you have lead of 2 goals in half team change to this version,also you need to change to this tactic if you have lead of 1 goal after 70,75min.
Now you dont need to find F9,you should find AF player on striker position,if someone want to make filters feel free to do it (dazycfc done most of this)

example - if I give general calmly team talk at start of match, than I will go individualy passionate You have faith for defenders, assertive for mid and passionate again for attackers, also if I give calmly teamtalk at the start of match,I will give on half time general teamtalk assertive or passionate, individualy opposite from that (calmly/assertive/passionate), and end of match opposite from general teamtalk from half time...now you will probably ask me WHY?
Because you want positive reaction from your players,my opinion is if you want positive reaction you need to give different talk individualy from general teamtalk and general teamtalk should be different at the start of match and on half time... HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND!

Like I said tactic is tested with second league greek team Zakynthos, no transfers, media pred.11th from 14 teams, won league and promoted to superleague.
