I am currently playing with Ajax and bystrov from the russian league is real good. He is a speedster and can take the ball just right up to the goal and score. He is 30 years with a 80 rating, he grew 1 up. Not real young but hes good. Also I found that Douglas from FC Twente is an amazing defender. He starts off as 79 rating and grows to 82 within 2 seasons. He is man of the match in all my games and rarely lets players past.
