the advantage is that when the X1 gets old, there is already an replacement. might take a while, but its done already.
the only problem is experience, which can be solve by tutoring and a lot of match games.
I wonder why you keep pastore, sanogo and neymar for that long. They are so old in the game.
tutoring. and not my clubs are up for them. it probably cuz i gave them those wages when they were at their peak.

never played that seriously in fm.......bcoz I am struggling with results and trying tactics in fm2011 until I find a good winning formula recently.
I think I will pay more attention in these areas in future saves. 8-|

bad news, ben butler out for 3 months, im planning to give jaques the opportunity to take the role since i sold saez to barca and no club wants sanogo, nad i presume that he will retire after this up comming season.
my team is more like got a 'Promoted Look" with some young one already in line. . hehe. so far i have bought only 2 young players, a cm and rb both 17 yrs old.

my current team (with the reserves) atm. i just brought in an striker to help the frontline. somehow parkinson and jaques need confindense. sanogo is removed form capitanicity, and molinos is the new captain.

gk are still the same, santiabo and fidan, the one i promoted is Benjamin guilen for the reserves.

Hi I wouldn't mind a few of you guys having a look at my save I'm Aldershot town in prem Iv won every trophy for the last few years and I always make more money in selling than buying players but my finances are still not that good I think it's because of my ground capacity but they keep delaying building me one? How do I upload my save??

Im not positive on how to do it, but i think you have to upload the save onto something like megaupload, and then copy and paste the URL on here (??) hope it helps, would love to have a look at that save
