Here i am again
so let's begin: I've taken your tiki taka tac tweaked it a bit according to my thoughts
played a game with AC Milan in serie A starting from the training i let my assistant do the individual one, in per-season I'll go with this

Once the season starts i'll go with these:
1) see my team media prediction if i am ranked higher "+", lower "-"
2) see the odds if i am favorite "+", underdog "-"
3) if i am playing at home "+", away "-"
if the "+" are more then i will go with this:

if the "-" are more:

now move on to the formation: i always start with "standard/balanced" every single match, then i'll go to see how my opponent will play approximately:

he likes to play passing game (slow, narrow) but also attacking (high d-line,hassle opp) also i see that he likes to play with 4-3-2-1 having 2 players in AM position so it is better having at least one of mine in DM strata, so i decided to play like this:
start the match and wait until 15min comes then i'll go to check match analysis:

Two teams are almost at same level so i continue with standard/balanced till 30':
My team was pushing them back so i decided was time to switch control/fluid till 45':
2 goals scored! 2 goals lead at half time is enough for me and i know my opponent has an attacking mind so probably they'll try to score and i decide to go counter/rigid till 60':
Scored another goal and with that i am done, switch to defensive/very rigid to kill the game. here comes the final stats:
lost possession battle because of the defensive approach in the 2nd half, scored 3 goals with 2 ccc is a good consolation though. This is with a big team i'll show you the same thing with an underdog later
let me know if you think this may work and also if you have any suggestion to improve this
First is fm itself, it is very tricky about names of mentality and fluidity, in particular the "counter" mentality is not how i imagine counterattacking football, on fm is more like "defensive" cause the team will be more narrower than standard and also the tempo will decrease. this is how fm works from counter to contain team width and tempo decrease and from control to overload the opposite. so in my opinion if you want a fast counterattacking football you may choose "attacking" but with attacking mentality all players become more offensive wich is not good for a defensive game and this is when fluidity comes in help: rigid and very rigid approach have in fm a "defensive" mind, because of the defensive changes: for example if you have a WB/A in a rigid system he will behave more as a WB/S holding more his position in defense and being more disciplined, also in a very rigid system he will behave as a WB/D staying in line with CDs. the fluid and very fluid operates in the opposite way giving all your players more creative freedom and so allows more runs with the ball or roaming from position and so on, which is good if you have good players but if you are managing an underdog this could be dangerous. personally i prefer pairing fluid/control v.fluid/attacking rigid/counter v.rigid/defensive. going back to mentality we said that a counter strategy will cause the team to be more narrow and slow, there are some shouts that modify the team shape as well: starting from passes the shorter pass instruction causes the team to stay narrower and slower, opposite to that more direct pass cause the team to stay wider and fast up the game. also hassle opp instruction will push your defensive line up while stand off drops it back. the only d-line changes doesn't change that much i think cause if i am using attacking mentality the d-line is default to "high" if i choose hassle opp the d-line becomes "high.05" and if i choose drop deeper i'm always playing with high d-line and i am always exposed to killer through balls and that's why i prefer changing mentality instead of changing only d-line. Last thing i think there are several things to keep in mind while choosing your approach not only odds, personally i watch firstly media prediction: if i am facing a team predicted to finish higher than me i will not force my team to chase a goal and sometimes i defend the draw. There is another thing about this but i will show later with the screens
I really hope you can find something good here 'cause your tactic are amazing but this year you HAVE to play the game dynamically, i'm not so good in making my own tactic and i always use the ones i find here on this forum.
