Would your match prep and general training work in any other tactic you think? :)

Using Monster with Southampton! Amazing! One problem though: My players are getting very tired, what do I do in terms of training to help it?

could be the high tempo, when you are 2 or more goals ahead try lower the tempo, also give your players a rest before and after the game to let them recover ;)

yes the tempo is very high and more ground is covered by the players ...so give them rest before after matches and dont play anyone under 90% fitness

I won the Europa League with my HSV Team, by winning it I got a whole lot of money to spend (plus 60million I got from Doria in the January window) so I finally got Schurrle to replace Lenin Duarte and I changed my DW into IF since I wasn't getting many header goals anymore, so why use DW.

Victor Valdes
Jantschke - Musacchio - Westermann - Jonathan Silva

Lucas Romero - Leitner

Nedelev - De Bruyne - Schurrle

Abel Hernandez

I am currently negotiating with Papadopoulos and selling Westermann (he too old) and I need a real good FB since Janstchke is only 2.5-3 star full back and that ain't gonna cut it at the level of competition I am. I need some recommendations!

Tiki-taka is very promising for my Swansea save, 3 - 1 win at West Brom, 3 - 0 win at Fulham, 2 - 0 win away at Vitesse for my Europa League 1st leg visit.

I'm expecting an 8th place finish if I keep this up with the smaller sides, maybe even 7th if a big side like Everton flops.

I've assembled an awesome backroom staff, Franco Tancredi, Mauro Tassoti as my Ast. Manager (It was **** trying to get him in). Franco Tancredi is normally a good Goalkeeping coach but he could become an amazing Ast. Manager too, he was my Assistant for a month until Tassotti agreed to contract talks.

I'm crossing my fingers that I can offload useless players before the end of the season to free up enough wage space to sign Victor Valdes once he leaves Barcelona.

The only thing about the Tiki taca tactic that I don't particularly like is the fact it is missing the use of an AMC role. I always like to have a tactic that makes use of an AMC at Swansea because Michu is an amazing player of Swansea's stature. I will probably accept bids for him at the end of my first season if I decide to base my new tactic off the Tiki taka tactic.

Yes I know you have another tactic (I.M. IMPOSSIBLE) but I don't get good results from that. I also toggled the roles of two positions in this tactic which on average have given me better possession and a bigger result.
