Personally, I don't use any OI.

It's very risky choice when AI is dynamic.

I am not change mentality, because I don't like that type of game.

If you change mentality; then all other things inside the tactic will be not stable.

The way he pass, cross, set pieces etc.

So, RED BULL has been tuned for "Attacking" mentality.
