I've made a list of transfer budgets for various teams on the demo. Be aware that the budgets can change from time to time so the one's I've listed may be different to the one's on your demo. The values in non-brackets are transfer budgets and the values in brackets are wage budgets.

Who knows what budget Man City have, to me it is unlimited as if Messi was up for sale tomorrow for £200mill, they'd probably fork it up. They have to put a cap on it somewhere.

As a Leicester fan I love how they have taken into account what the new Thai owners have been saying about transfer funds ect giving us a massive transfer budget for a championship club

Well, Liverpool is 282m in the red starting the season. They also have 283m per month due in September - so you can expect a board takeover in mid-August.
I have a Russian tycoon wanting to take control of the club. With any luck, the club will most likely be sold in the dying days of the transfer window (unless the Texans decide that they "ain't gonna do no sellin' to no godless Commie reds"). If I survive it as a manager I'm likely to get some transfer funds to bring in the summer window's table scraps.

EDIT: Great list, too. I'll sometimes choose a team to manage based exclusively on available transfer funds. So, thanks.
