Country/Continent: Spain France or England
Tier: Any
Financial state: Rich or Stable

A team with a good youth set up ( A league with kits and Badges would be nice) because I'm new to Football Manager 2012 Maybe player faces as well

If you're new to FM I recommend you go to the Facepack forum section and get the SortItOutSI Cut-Out FacePack and the B'Logo's megapack from the logo's section of this website. Lyon is a team with an amazing youth set-up with great players like Lacazette, Grenier and Kodlakekec (LB).

Okay thanks. Will look into that

Lyon are a good team I suppose. The Goalkeeper is very good. Thanks

Country: Spain Italy Germany England
Tier: first only or championship (England)
finances :rich or okay but mainly a nice budget to change the team
media prediction: either title challenging or champions league even if it's slightly unrealistic first season
other info: I'm not anywhere near the standard of most on here and not very high knowledge of players. Would prefer a "easy" team or one with a talented squad with prospects. I wouldn't mind being a top ish team in the n power championship with a big budget though

Country/Continent: France,Germany,Holland,Spain

Financial state: Dosent Matter

Media Prediction: anywhere top 6+

A team that is able to play an perfect attacking 433.

Country/Continent: Any of Europe's top leagues

Financial state: Stable

Media Prediction: Top 6/7ish

Also a team that has the capacity to build a new stadium after a while.

Borussia Dortmund, Lyon, Feyenoord, Ajax, Arsenal, Manchester United, RC Lens, Hoffenheim, Barcelona, Athletic Bilbao, Southampton, Middlesborough, Sampdoria. I find that many teams in France and Spain have good academies, but less so in England and Italy.

Birmingham City, West Ham, Sampdoria (I know you haven't said Serie B, but trust me, they are fun to manage), Napoli, Udinese, Valencia, Atletico Madrid, Villareal, Aston Villa, Newcastle, Everton, Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Leicester City.

Lyon, Marseille, Feyenoord, Ajax, Bayer Leverkusen, Schalke, Borussia Dortmund, HSV, Malaga (not really top 6, but very rich), PSG, Valencia, Atletico Madrid. To be honest, if you manage a rich club, you could buy the players needed to play the 4-3-3, so consider that.

Financial state: Stable

I don't know about the capacity to build a new stadium. I'm guessing they should have a stadium too small to suit demand, and a rich owner/high income. Liverpool? Schalke? Hoffenheim? Malaga? PSG? Lille? Manchester City? Lazio? Napoli? Villareal? Sorry, I'm not too sure how to tell if a club will get a new stadium!

All of these suggestions are off the top of my head, if you want more, feel free to PM me (with more details, as well, perhaps). Hope I've helped!

Financial state: Have enough funds to loan in a few players.

Media Prediction: Top 4

I'm also looking for the team to have a good cup run and are able to have the capability to reach the Prem after a few seasons and the right signings.

any suggestions are greatly appreciated :)

Getting Bored of FM12 but really want an enjoyable save for when i have free time. I keep trying to get into a liverpool save but its just not interesting enough to keep going:

League; Don't mind as long as its a known/popular league (pref. not english league)
Finances: i would like a decent budget but if the squad is strong enough then stable
Expectations: want to be able to build a team over time and not forced by expectations to win stuff in the short term.

I have always enjoyed managing Napoli and Fiorentina and Sevilla and CSKA Moscow as good teams you can make great sort of clubs if thats what youre looking for mate. All good squads with some great players to build around.

cheers mate, i think ill try and start with sevilla and see how it goes from there!

Malaga sound perfect for you. :P

Big first season transfer budget with low expectations + it's easy to finish in top four.. They are a quality long term club to be.
