Vitesse in Holland with their sugar daddy owner, or Auxerre in France with their strong youth system would be my choices based on your criteria.

i'm looking for a save, a bit of a challenge. I haven't been able to get into FM12 at all. So anyone got any ideas on who could spark a romance between me and the game once again ?

Thanks in advance.

Hey guys need some help to pick a team. What I'm actually trying to do is testing young players out to see if I can develop them. For example at Shakhtar I wanted to check out Douglas Costa and Willian as I heard a lot about them. They were fantastic and it got them a place in my player-report section on my blog. Same with United and Everton, I was developing Cleverley, Barkley and Rodwell. Man U and Everton also got a place in my clubreport section on my blog. So I need a team where I can do this, can someone help me out?

Borrusia Dortmund? Bittencurt (2nd season), Gotze, Kagawa, Lewandowski, Groetzeuz (sp?), Hummels, Subotic, Leitner, Bender and several others.

EDIT: Oh and Reus!

I can never ever keep a game going, the furthest I have got is 3 seasons. It really annoys me, so I want to try and keep a save until 2013 is bought. The thing is I don't seem to be able to stick with lower league teams but im open to suggestions. I just want an entertaining save, something challenging not to easy but not impossible, something that will keep me going and let me stamp my own team. Thanks guys.

anymore? none of them really tickle my fancy:p

start with shakhtar, they're full of amazing quality as i'm sure you're already aware of. And I think it's enjoyable to play saves where you don't really have to work too much to win the domestic leagues, but you have to work a lot to win the champions league :D

how about Celtic or Rangers in the Scottish Premier League? Or West Ham? or Lille? Or Shakhtar? Or maybe Benfica? Or just use the "pick a team for me" option and make a resolution to stick with whatever team you get until 2013 comes out...over the years, I've learnt that learning to lose in FM is much much more important than learning to win :D

Country/Continent: Italy/Germany/England/Spain
Tier: Doesn't really matter, but top tier preferably.
Financial state: Rich/Stable?
Media Prediction: Bottom half/Mid table.

Looking for a team with GREAT youth players, Youth Set-up and training facilities.
Great youth players as in: If these youth players are trained properly, they will challenge for first team AND able to become the Leagues better players. World-Class standard so to say.
Or a team that has good enough reputation and financial backings to sign world class youth.

For example: Barcelona type of team, as in youth setup/facilities and players.

Thanks!
