Just as a side note, the next screenshots of players will be 1/1/15, I'll do them at 6 month intervals.

Thanks for making this. Been following this forum for a while, but when I saw this, I decided I would make an account.

Really entertaining so far. Happy to see the team pick up two wins from two, and also happy to see Harrison get a fantastic rating. Can't wait to read more :)

Teamsheet: HEDNESFORD (H) (16/8/14)

(4-2-3-1 WIDE)

THAME

THUNDERFOOT SCHWARZENEGGER HARRISON WHYTE

DANCE YAKIN II

LITMANEN PETERS(C) BAKER

ROBERTS

Subs: REDGRAVE, BURHEIM, MASON, HOGG, WILLIAMS

A few changes to account for fitness levels as we play our second game at the base. The two centre backs stay the same after impressing, with Thunderfoot returning at RB. Captain Peters returns at CAM, and Roberts is given another chance as Williams' performance against Stockport leaves him just short of required fitness levels to start. Litmanen stays in ahead of Mason in what could one of the most hotly contested positions in the team.

Another early injury for us in this match, as Peters was forced from the field after 10 mins. It saw a bit of a reshuffle on the pitch, as Roberts dropped back into the hole behind the striker, with Williams taking the field.

A counter-attack started by Roberts in his own box saw Baker confidently finish after a Williams cross to give us the lead. Baker got the second as well, after finishing a Litmanen cross. A defensive re-jig was needed at half-time however, with Whyte carrying a knock. Burheim came on, with "Arnie" moving to RB, and Thunderfoot on the left.

With an hour on the clock, we made our final change, as Mason replaced Litmanen on the wing. With Roberts struggling at CAM, his role was altered, in a bid to push him further up the pitch. This helped, as Roberts was only denied by a superb save from opening his account.

We finished the game with 10 men though, Mason also limping off in a very brutal match. Roberts returned up front, with Williams shifting wide for the last 5 mins. Thankfully, none of the players injured in this one have any lasting issues.

Ratings: Thame 6.9, Thunderfoot 7.3, Schwarzenegger 7.1, Harrison 7.1, Whyte 7, Dance 6.8, Yakin II 6.7, Litmanen 6.8, Peters --, Baker 8.8, Roberts 6.2. Subs: Burheim 6.7, Mason 6.7, Williams 7.5

THAME

BANANA SCHWARZENEGGER HARRISON WHYTE

YAKIN II PALMER

MASON GOYZUETA HOGG

ROBERTS

Bench: REDGRAVE, BURHEIM, POST, WILLIAMS, PATRIK

Whyte keeps his place ahead of Firebird for this one, with Roberts given another chance to recapture his pre-season form. Goyzueta plays in the hole, to try and lend support to the out of form striker. Hogg returns, and Patrik makes the bench for this one.

The first ten minutes were a bit slow in nature, as we asserted ourselves on the game. Hogg snatched at a chance to put us ahead in the 12th minute, when it was perhaps easier to score. Roberts also placed one straight into the keeper, when either side would have seen it go in. Tamworth drew first blood though, Taylor nipping in ahead of Harrison to score.

Mason, Roberts and Palmer all went close, but ultimately, we went in at HT 1-0 down. An angry team talk did the trick though, Goyzueta netting in the 50th min from a Hogg cross.

We took off Roberts and Mason for Post and Williams as we pushed for the lead, which came soon after, courtesy of Mike Palmer putting into the empty net from 35 yards, after good work from Williams. Unfortunately, this lead was short lived with Tamworth equalising from a corner.

In the 76th min, Whyte found himself in the unusual position of being on the penalty spot, and threaded Goyzueta through for a tap in. There was also time for a first goal for substitute Patrik, with a nice finish past the keeper.

That was the last action of the game, barring a red card for Watson, as FM Base stretched their unbeaten run to 4 games.

Ratings: Thame 6.7, Banana 6.7, Schwarzenegger 6.8, Harrison 6.9, Whyte 8.3, Yakin II 6.6, Palmer 8.3, Mason 6.5, Goyzueta 8.8, Hogg 6.9, Roberts 6.4. Subs: Patrik 7.3, Post 6.8, Williams 6.8

Wow, first goal and an assist, too.. great! Btw, you're doing very well, keep it up :)

Nice to see Thunderfoot getting a good 7.3 rating even after being switched to the left of defense :)

Really good going here mate, will be great to follow. Always like creating a defender :)

(Also, I made a player called Manbearpig a few years back haha)

That's ****! Injured 11 minutes after my debut :(. Am I doing well again? On the bright side, got called up for Andorra, my second nationality. Always hoped that I'd pick that over The Netherlands :D

EDIT: Nevermind... I see I got subbed on against Tamworth.

Yeah, the injury was just an in match one thankfully. Made a good sub appearance in the last match, and training well, so it's all good on that score.

Disappointed how my career has gone despite being captain...i know its only early doors but hopefully it wont be like that all the time for me lol

Slow start so far, but once the team starts gelling together completely, then everybody should see an increase in form.

I need to pick my performances up or could see myself loosing a spot and rotting in the reserves :(

The most at risk atm is Roberts, given the goal drought, but the international break could shake things up, if my main file is anything to go by.

**** Biggun is struggling to make the squad! Saw he bagged himself a hattrick in preseason though which is promising!

He'll get his chance, I'm just trying to find the right combination currently. With the internationals coming up, he'll have a chance to impress me on that stage.

Score a hat trick in my first start and then get dropped! I might do a Messi and follow someone on instagram... haha keep this up mate :)

THAME

THUNDERFOOT THOMPSON BURHEIM FIREBIRD

DANCE PATRIK

MASON PETERS WILLIAMS

ROBERTS

Bench: REDGRAVE, MANBEARPIG, BIGGUN, BAKER, POST

Williams and Roberts both start the same game for the first time, but Roberts is very much on borrowed time. Patrik is rewarded with a start after some good performances, whilst Firebird returns for the first time since the opening day. Peters takes the armband, as Thompson and Burheim are given a chance to establish their claim. Manbearpig makes the bench after injury, and is joined by Biggun.

We started with a bang, Peters setting up Mason to curl on into the corner after 2 mins. Despite our early domination, we failed to get shots on target, and the game remained in the balance. The Welsh duo of Williams and Roberts combined well though; Roberts finally breaking his duck for the club with a solid finish. Williams followed it up with a goal of his own moments later.

A solid finish from the spot for Dance put us 4-0 at the break, and in a comfortable position. Patrik came off at the break, allowing Biggun to come on in the centre of the pitch. He shifted to CAM shortly after, as Peters came off injured, after a great performance from the captain. Mason shifted to CM, allowing for Post to come off the bench.

Post then set up Roberts for his 2nd of the game, as the young Welsh striker appears to be playing with much more confidence. A bullet finish sealed his hattrick, as Manbearpig replaced Burheim for the last 10 mins, making his debut.

Roberts got his 4th late on, as we sealed a 7-0 win, our biggest win so far.

Ratings: Thame 7.5, Thunderfoot 8.8, Thompson 8.7, Burheim 8.7, Firebird 8.7, Dance 9, Patrik 6.8, Mason 9.4, Peters 8.5, Williams 9.3, Roberts 9.9. Subs: Biggun 6.8, Post 6.9, Manbearpig --
