do you mean player instructions or opposition instructions. player instructions i just use the setting the is relevant to their position e.g. AML with winger etc.
I dont normally use opposition instructions.

To be perfectly honest im only guessin where to put people because the Assistant Manager doesnt make it clear who is best in the starting 11.
btw stuart, did you deliberately make yourself slightly better than everybody else??? you kinda deserve it anyway since it takes some guts to set this up.
1 final thing tactic wise. I dont use target men and stuart is a playmaker. Thats it. It only took about ten minutes to come up with the tactics

as for the tactic i reckon you should upload it as a recommdation to the people who download the database that this would be a good tactic to use, and then we can see how people do with it. see if people tweek it and things like that. wot do you reckon karange?

Ok. Just getting back to it but i tweak my tactics every game. Ive played 3 friendlies since that match so the tactics are not the same.
As for the avatar, its ok. I just think it rocks lol

I know. In the Kidderminster match you got a 9.9 even with 5 goals. Took you off though after 65mins because off a knock.

I bet I've been made one of the players who should be Offloaded as soon as possible. 
ah no probs. usually it is me who is looking for advice. This is my first FM game that i bought but will defo get the next one. Finally starting to get the hang of this.
If your interested, In all of the friendlies, we scored 5 goals in every game.
does anyone think the idea of just working with the current players (not signing anyone else) and trying to get the side to the Premiership is good?
