Meh, I don't understand the 'need' for people to have captaincy, all you can do is change the kit and the stadium really, and kick people, which is pretty useless when your playing with people who just kick people they don't get on with.

If Fm - Base Elite was ever recreated, then I think we would only have 2-3 managers, max.
 
Also if we're going to remake FM Base Elite, we need to decide whether or not to make it a community club rather than a closed group, because last time people on FM-Base tried joining and then they kept getting left out or some of the regular members complained when they played.

We will let anyone play.

although if they are **** and annoying, we will be able to remove them, including Nathan.. ;)
