ok, e.g. if you think that Eric Cantona is the only French player to win the prem (he isn't of course, Henry, Pires, Evra...) then you'd put Eric Cantona - France for one of the 11 answers

there are 11 players who have won the prem and are the only players from their country to do so, name the eleven players and their nationalities
