Just wondering guys, when are the next games going to be played for the 4 matches that have yet to go?

Usually how it works is


Quarter Final

QF A = 1st vs 8th
QF B = 2nd vs 7th
QF C = 3rd vs 6th
QF D = 4th vs 5th

Semi-Final

SF A = QF A vs QF C
SF B = QF B vs QF D

Final = SF A vs SF B

pros:
  1. Rewards the in form teams by pairing them away from other in form teams and sets up for exciting Semi-Finals.
  2. Allows the fans to speculate who'll face who and plot out their rout tot he final.
  3. Strong Group Stages make it "easier" to reach the finals but upsets happen quite a lot since once you get that are, you've a side with quality.
Cons:
  1. Lacks the mystery factor of random draws football has.
  2. More structures and often lacks high profile ties int he Quarter Finals.
 
Basically, I like this set up, and having a 1v2 in the semis should make it totally action packed!

EDIT: Also, there are only 3 games left to play my bad earlier
 
Hey guys, so the way I'm seeing things, Stonecold vs Born is tomorrow, with AW playing Nomadic on Wednesday... Still no word from Jamie as Matt seems ready to play...you out there somewhere bud?


EDIT: if you guys want to do something extra live recaps etc, now would be the time (to pass the time) ;)
 
I will try to get on FM today, I did say earlier I won't be able to until Tuesday but I will see what I can do!

It might be a struggle to play our game soon, as I'm not around tonight and not around Tuesday afternoon - Wednesday afternoon either.

Wow what a game just two left in the round, I believe they will be played Wednesday!
 
I could almost see some of the players there Bornexplorer! :D Looked like a really exciting game! Back and forth stuff!
 
Unfortunately, this means that Stonecold can now only hurt other teams chances as he is the second mathematically eliminated :( (after Yiliang). Sorry mate, GL in your last game and hopefully better luck next time :)
 
Right I'm finally on a computer, all be it in work but I can now clear my inbox! Just want to apologise for the lack of communication from my side and hopefully me and Matt can play tomorrow!
