Another great month for the Blues especially in their league matches. Juan Mata particularly impressed and duly won the Barclays Premier League Player of the Month for November. His fellow midfield playmaker Eden Hazard has once again been awarded the Barclays Premier League Young Player of the month too. And to top this perfect month, manager Chris Borg was also awarded for his efforts with the Barclays Premier League Head Coach of the Month accolade. We will be catching up with Chris Borg nearer the end of the year to take a deeper look at his tactics and ups and downs he has had so far at The Bridge, we will also be looking at any transfer plans especially the situation with Branislav Ivanovic, who is reportedly wanted by ex blues boss Jose Mourinho. Another ex blues boss, Andres Villas-Boas has had another bad month and has found himself unemployed after Spurs owner, Daniel Levy, has terminated his contract. Villas-Boas has had a terrible start in English Football with Chelsea and now Tottenham, he is tipped to take over a lower reputable side or even start fresh abroad.
Meanwhile the FA Cup draw has been made and we find ourselves away at Goodison Park, where we will be playing Everton in the 3rd Round January match. This is definitely going to be a tricky one for Borg's boys and I'm sure they will wish to emulate last year's success, especially now after getting knocked out of the Capital One Cup last month. Their main focus for the time being though is definitely the upcoming Premiership matches along with the awaited Cup fixtures in Japan.
