looks awesome pav, most success i've seen in FM13 so far. can't wait to try it! (UPLOAAAD!:D) by the way, are the three tatics meant to be used in different situations ie: defensive, attack or counter ?

Links in first post now lads, ... the game just updated i'm guessing most of you want to start new saves so you can d/l it now with links in the OP :)

Veez The formations and how i used them were if i was favourite for a game at home especially i would go 442 away the 433 and against the bigger sides i went 451. Its up to you really m8 and what you feel against the opposition. There all counter attack tactics but you should dominate the game anyway.

Thanks mate! I'm currently on an adventure of my own with Wolves too :D i've had limited success and am struggling to find a tactic that can bring me some consistency in order to fight for the Championship. Your apprach and ideas fit my ambitions "like a glove", and i hope the tactics wil too! will let u know how it turns out. Thanks again!
 
Podolski and Gervinho looking good on the wings, and the forward play is great. I'll post some screen shots in January.
 
What touchline instructions do you give before the game pav?
 
Pav, i noticed that even in the 451 you play with an attacking strategy, do you maintain this throughout a game or do you change it according to your opposition and the way the game evolves? can't wait to get off work! this thread here is the only thing that's keeping me going lol
 
4-4-2 at home isn't worknig for me the opposition are keeping well to much possession whilst also penetrating with effect.

Slug, hopefully will work well with Everton, the 451 was inspired by everton as its basically the classic moyes tactic. And galizero, it should work being a polish team, i see them more as underdog tactics due to the counter attacking way you will play. Let us know how you get on. If i put the MR/L into AMR/L, what changes should i expect?
 
shouts i do the usual. go overload if you need a goal, hassle opponents, get stuck in etc. i got stand off opponents on i think so you sometimes might want to get stuck in. as far as your positions go apv i would try and get players to suit the roles m8 or at least if your mr/l have accomplished in amlr i think your be ok. up to you mate, they should be fine with no real changes, but i can only say i done as well as i have as i had the right players in the right positions as it usually helps. Also swap wings is on and it works wonders i think on this fm13, you could even put swap strikers on if you were doing the 442 as i think its v effective on this version.

Also if your struggling with the 442, i moved on from it as i started to struggle too and was why i went 433/451. you gotta put the right team out to the formation you have... it was very good first season but as i said in the op the game has updated and i used it sparingly since, however when i swich back to it now and again when im favourite at home i win. But i have the right players in the roles so dont do square pegs round holes with your team if your struggling i'd suggest trying another form... and hey it might not work for everyone:)

the 451 i used in the prem, i have not tested in the champ. it's done wonders for me against better teams so you might not want to do it straight off as your gonna be favourite for most games in the championship m8.
 
I can't seem to download the 442 ? Looking forward to test this tho.

I changed the 451 tactic to a 4-2-3-1, used it with many city as the game has been frustrating the **** out of me. But I beat Chelsea 5-0 at Stamford bridge, and have been undefeated.
 
cool, it's something i've done myself m8 4231 when i needed a goal. it's the next logical step really with the tactics, i just have not got that far with my wolves game, i might give it a test on a new save and upload one. glad it worked for you
 
Currently with the Mighty Oldham in League 1, it's been a rough ride so far but giving your tactics a crack and see if i can sail my way to the fans hearts by avoiding relegation.

Would you recommend the 4-4-2 for the moment or the 4-3-3?
