No, FM15 has broken the "anticipation" trigger, meaning my FM14 sound pack doesn't work any more. I'm sure you could assign my wavs to other triggers, but they'd overlap, come in at the wrong times, and sound ****. So it's up to SI to do something fresh with their now nine-year-old match sound profile.

I dont think he does transfer updates.
