hi lads can u help me
my laptop processer is only 1.3ghz not great, i check on a website to see if my laptop can run football manager 2015 its says it dont reach minimum requirements but also said that when i checked 2014 but i could play 2014 on my laptop wasent the fastest bout 8hrs for a season do you think it will be roughly the same or process season even longer on 2015????? desperate to play

All of this confuses the **** out of me.. I think its my graphics that will cause me issues, its an inbuilt HP HD Graphics Family one or something, anyone know if that will work? I tried that "CAN YOU RUN IT" thing but it didn't work for some reason...

I have to admit I'm not the best tech minded person-but I'd treat the "Can You Run It" program with a pinch of salt. It said I wouldn't be able to play World of Warcraft-I'm playing it right now with high graphic settings.

You could try out the demo?

If thats the best way of finding out I guess I'll give it a go... Cheers

Worst case scenario would be you can't watch the matches in 3D but otherwise is ok (I don't know about your processors/Ram etc so guessing they meet those requirements)

I don't think the poor 3D ME performance is down to your intergrated graphics card, as I, and several other people on the SI forum, are having the same issue, yet we have separate graphics cards. Apparently SI are looking into it, but some people have founded putting the game in windowed mode improves it (I haven't tried it yet).

FYI, my new laptop, that is having the issue, shows a 3D graphics capability rating of 2.5 stars and my old laptop runs the 3D match engine fine and only has a 1.5 star rating.

I have tried the 3d match engine in windowed mode and it has fixed the issue, so give it a go.

It sounds like that laptop is very old, I'm surprised it could run windows if its processor was 1.3ghz and not a dual/quad core.

A desktop is the cheapest way to play football manager cheaply and with good performance

Hello, Lovely people.

I have a question about whether or not my laptop can run FM15. I'm not very good with PC requirements so hopefully some of you can help me out. I have a relatively new laptop and the majority of the results on the 'Can you Run it' site support this. However, it pointed out that i do not have 128 MB of Dedicated Video RAM. Therefore, it says that I cannot run the game, Is this really the case? My laptop runs so well in all other areas so that seems strange.

So, what I'm asking is What is dedicated Video RAM? Do I really need it to run the game and why? If I do need it, what are my solutions? Will the game work if I buy it?

Thank you in advance for your help, it's greatly appreciated.

James

Could you post your graphics card model?

Also, download the demo and see if it works. Always the easiest way to check this sort of thing.

I'm not 100% sure what that is :p (Told you I was bad with computer requirements)

Does this picture help? I'll give the demo a try when i've got a bit of time :)

Ok, it's not that your card isn't capable of VRam, it's that it simply doesn't have any allocated at the moment (Intel cards have a quirk when it comes to that). Download the demo and try and run it. If it doesn't work, then we can talk you through increasing the VRam allocation. :)

Windows 7 only needs 1ghz single core CPU. so its not surprising at all. and the game itself only needs a P4 to be able to run

It may struggle with 3D on anything other than low, but should run the game fairly well.

the stars are just a guide. while it says that its only 1.5 stars, your laptop may still run the game at a speed good enough for you. Try the demo and see how it is for you
