So I tried the Spaletti v3 with Brighton on one of my first FM24 saves as I really liked the approach of your tactics from FM23. I have to say its the best tactic Ive tried so far, Ive won both domestic cups, on the Semi Final of the Europa League very easily and 2 points behind leading City on MD35 with Assistant doing training.

My 2 questions are , are you gonna publish training for 24.3 (I didnt find it with quick search but maybe I'm blind), and secondly if you think theres any importance to who youre picking for each SSatt role. I found the breakthrough when I started actually thinking about it and since then it's very minmaxed in the sense that I treated AMCL/AMCR like IFatt kinda so I play faster players on opposite foot (Buonanotte,March on AMCR, Enciso,Adingra,Mitoma on AMCL) , and AMC is usually someone with good finishing or playmaking that will either make a play or can finish remaining chances (Gross,Fati,Ferguson) (which are less since he plays behind the AFatt and doesnt have that much space).

I mean for me SS doens't need to be super fast but it should be someone you likes, likes even tho arda isn't a "meta player"

Im halfway through a season using Salad Days - XII and its amazing, great attack and strong defense. Id strongly recommend going on the website and looking at the tactics on there, there's a huge list full of quality tactics, there's bound to be one in there that's for you. I believe all the tactics are regularly updated too so check out the recent updates tab, some gold in there too
