This tactic is a bit more stable version of Bad Possession, but it's still just another gung ho tactic. When you use teams like above, sometimes you destroy the opposition, sometimes you get destroyed, which leads you to mid table mediocrity. If teams manage to quickly bypass your midfield, you're screwed because you have no cover. The idea of the tactic is high pressing and not letting them out of their half, but if you don't have good players, it's impossible to do it consistently.
I'm not moaning, though, it's still better than anything I've created, for sure.
