atm working good in lower league!!
 
I'm playing with my Leeds squad with this tactic , any tips on playertypes on the positions in this tactic? Preferred roles trainings etc. Cuz, i'm Leeds and they have a pretty weak squad, so I have to make the best of the situation :)

i don't know leeds player, but think u have to put left foot to left side and right to right, also the central striker is type Llorente, Mario Gomez etc etc....
 
I tried this with Stoke. First match against United, they had 12 CCCs! Annihilated me 4-1, needless to say.
I know it's just one match which I should lose either way, but this kind of destruction is usually a bad sign. :(

Man isn't a bad signal, me whit real madrid lose 7-2 vs Liverpool next match win 7-1 vs barcellona :D time to time get ur squad assimilate tactics and new player!

I play FMC, there's no tactical familiarity :)

So far I haven't found a tactic that would win me the league with Stoke within 2 seasons. And I've tried, A LOT.
I'll give your tactic more time, for sure.

FMC isn't good for this tactic because u don't have a complete training.

You do, actually, it just works in a slightly different way. :)
Besides, it's been tested and said officially (by SI staff) that pre-match training like attacking movement and defensive positioning only have a very minor effect. A lot of people destroy the league every season without ever bothering with the training. It's all about the right tactics. :)

If your tactic used OI, then that would be a different matter since OI have significant effect on player movement during a match.
