Yeah, I was surprised even just seeing him, let alone scoring.
No screenshot for this, but starting as only Chelsea (as far as I have found so far) on Football Manager Handheld 2015, using the Northern Irish start date (selecting them as the first of your 4 selected nations) gives a news post stating a random amount of money as been added to the balance. No matter what amount the news post says, the new total is always now £111 million. Budget on any other start date is £49 million
